This was a departure from her usual practice of managing the entire process herself. When the manager approached me, she presented an incident report and inquired if I needed medical assistance, which I declined due to potential costs. I requested the salon's insurance information, but she refused to provide it, insisting she couldn't give me money, which I never asked for. Her inability to handle the situation appropriately further highlighted the unprofessionalism I encountered, leaving me frustrated and disappointed with the salon's management.
