Her haircut and color were incredible, which immediately gave me the confidence to book my own appointment. I have long, layered hair, and from the moment I arrived, Caroline was so engaging and attentive. She really listened to what I wanted and was patient throughout the entire process. She did my roots, balayage, haircut, and blowout. I couldn't be happier with the results. I especially appreciated that she didn't overcut and checked in along the way to make sure I was comfortable with the length. She's also incredibly efficient, never rushed, but very intentional with her time, which made the whole experience feel smooth and relaxing. I felt truly pampered, and the little add-ons made it even more special. The salon itself is beautiful and luxurious without feeling pretentious, and everyone there was so welcoming and kind. I've already booked my next appointment and would absolutely recommend Caroline to anyone looking for a stylist who really listens and delivers amazing results!

I never expected to feel this way after 4 years, during which I worked with two different stylists. The first stylist is no longer there, and the reasons for her departure weren't shocking to read in other reviews. My second stylist, Jessica, had always been pleasant & professional until the last visit when she unexpectedly assigned the task of removing my bleach to another staff member. This person accidentally sprayed bleach into my eyes while rinsing my hair, & I realized too late that Jessica was not the one handling my treatment. She had delegated this critical part of the process without consulting me, which was completely out of character for her. I confronted Jessica while she was attending to another client, expressing my dissatisfaction with her decision to let someone else take over without my consent. This was a departure from her usual practice of managing the entire process herself. When the manager approached me, she presented an incident report and inquired if I needed medical assistance, which I declined due to potential costs. I requested the salon's insurance information, but she refused to provide it, insisting she couldn't give me money, which I never asked for. Her inability to handle the situation appropriately further highlighted the unprofessionalism I encountered, leaving me frustrated and disappointed with the salon's management. It's common knowledge that businesses maintain insurance policies to shield themselves from liability. My boyfriend asked the manager if she could provide cream for my face in case the bleach caused irritation, but she responded rudely, stating she couldn't help. Prior to that, while waiting for me in the lobby, he was informed that phone calls were not allowed inside & that he needed to step outside. Ultimately, she asked us to leave the premises, displaying a rude & anxious demeanor, even threatening to call the police. Such behavior is completely unacceptable, especially after an incident where bleach, water, and shampoo were splashed into a client's eyes. I cannot recommend this establishment under the current management. It's disheartening to see individuals cut corners in their jobs, passing responsibilities to less knowledgeable staff, which ultimately harms clients. We requested that the manager have the owner contact us, but that call never came. Years of complaints, manipulative behavior, attempts to get free products/services, and creating issues at appointments have made it clear that you are not a client we are willing to continue accommodating. If you're referring to Courtney, your previous stylist, she consistently quoted one price but charged another. I have been the one enduring poor service, despite paying the inflated rates. I've seen your numerous negative reviews about this misleading practice affecting other clients as well. My experience with Courtney was particularly disappointing; her haircut made it seem like a child had taken over. During one appointment, she left bleach on my hair longer than necessary, ignoring my complaints about scalp burning while she took a lunch break, which ultimately resulted in a burn. I overlooked three unsatisfactory services from her. This is why I decided to give your salon another opportunity with Jessica. The "free" service was actually a donation to my non-profit organization, not for my personal benefit.(Tax Deductible for you). I did not request any "Free" products, but I did ask for a birthday discount both a month before and after my birthday, which was denied each time. I also referred my boyfriend to your salon and inquired about a possible discount for us. Although I was told yes, we ultimately chose not to go ahead because of the way you treated us. At my makeup trial with Michele, the look was so poorly done that it was clear she did not know how to work with my skin tone or features. We ultimately had to switch to another artist because the trial makeup was not wearable. I still moved forward with the team because I trusted the reassurance that everything would be handled on the wedding day. Before booking, I had asked whether draping was included, and Michele told me she "always drapes my clients" as part of creating a full glam experience. Based on this, I fully expected draping to be provided. On the morning of my wedding, none of the artists on-site knew how to drape, and my family had to scramble last minute to find someone. This caused significant stress for me, my mom, and multiple women in my bridal party, including my mother-in-law and sisters-in-law. After the wedding, when I brought up what happened, Michele acknowledged that we had discussed draping but refused to take responsibility because it wasn't listed on the final invoice, despite her earlier written confirmation. I even paid the outstanding balance in good faith, hoping she would resolve things, but she declined and told me we should "leave it where it is." What disappointed me most was not just the missing service, but the lack of accountability and empathy afterward. For the amount paid, I expected professionalism, clarity, and follow-through, and that is not what I experienced. In fairness, the individual artists on her team were far more talented and professional than Michele herself. If you do book this company, I would strongly recommend going to the specific artists directly rather than relying on Michele. Future brides: get every detail in writing, including verbal assurances. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

    BEWARE: Only book this vendor if you are willing to risk your wedding day. I am writing this just…read moretwo days before my wedding, and despite paying in full ahead of time, Lili and her team refused to respond to my emails, never contacted me directly and failed to arrange any staffing for my wedding. They refused to provide an arrival time or length of service despite multiple requests, leaving my timeline and vendor deliveries in limbo. Desperate and with guests already arriving in town, I had to take time to repeatedly call Lili until I finally reached her at COB Friday. I came to find out that while I had booked service with the owner Lili, she was not aware of my wedding details when we spoke and did not even know who would be coming to take care of me Monday - it clearly would not be her despite multiple confirmations otherwise. I am now two days before my wedding and have no one to do my hair or makeup despite months of planning. Lili seemed nice enough but when I spoke to her completely distressed, she quickly supplied a refund without any offer to make it right. Instead, she blamed the issue on an email hosting problem - she had not paid enough for email storage, rending her email useless - and told me sorry but no resolution. Apparently, their "policy" is to contact brides with confirmation, contact information and arrival time just two days before their wedding. I urge all brides to proceed with caution - Lili has a fantastic portfolio, but their planning process is completely unprofessional and has now cost me my bridal beauty moment.
