We had such a sweet experience at this farm and I'd absolutely recommend it for families with…read morelittle kids. As a mom, I'm always looking for activities that are engaging, hands-on, and actually worth leaving the house for, and this was one of those places. They offer family-centered activities on Fridays, and this past Friday we did the pig cookie-making class with storytime. It was such a cute idea and very toddler/kid friendly. After the class, they took us to feed the pigs and taught the kids about them, which made it feel both fun and educational. After class, you can choose either a pony ride or a farm animal tour, which I thought was a nice touch. The space has lots of animals and plenty of opportunities for petting and interacting, which my child really enjoyed. And for kids who may not be as interested in the animals, there's also a large play area/park so there's still plenty for them to do. I also really appreciated that there were multiple hand-washing stations throughout the farm, which makes a big difference when you're out with little ones. My main downsides were the bathrooms and food options. I really wish they had traditional bathrooms instead of porta-potties, because that can be especially tricky when you're managing a potty-training toddler. I also wish the concession area had better snack and food options. Overall though, this was a really fun, family-friendly outing and we had a great time.

We love going there throughout the year and it's always a different, amazing experience! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Love supporting a woman-owned small business that educates others on all things agriculture!

I've been to a lot of pumpkin farms but baaaaaaby I have never tasted ACD like this. They had a nice crisp crunch on the outside and were soft on the inside. Oh, and they were HOT and FRESH!!!! *Caramel Apple Cider Donut Sundae-THE BEST!!! HANDS DOWN!!!! This is available at The Deck and you need to make sure you get one or maybe two because you won't want to share. Delicious vanilla ice cream at the bottom, apple cider donut. Then another layer of ice cream, topped with whipped cream and then a full donut and a caramel drizzle on top. You want one yet? *Freshly Squeezed Lemonade-It was loaded with bees around, but its delicious. Add Strawberry flavor and thank me later. *Kettle Korn-Popped Fresh on site, again hot and delicious Ambiance-Fall vibes Plenty of places for photo ops. Parking-Plenty of Free Parking on the lot

They had tons of fun fall activities, an enormous corn maze with fun clues and a bridge, a hay bale climbing tower, a tricycle track, hay rides, bouncy rubber horses for kids to ride on, a giant pool table with soccer balls to be kicked into the corner pockets, and lots more. They also had a lovely market where they had tons of pumpkin varieties, mums of all colors, what seemed like 100 flavors of whoopie pies, cider, and tons more. Awesome day of fun for everyone!

When I heard about RMFM, we took a drive to check it out on this beautiful weekend before Halloween. First off, when we arrived around 1 p.m., it was pretty empty. It picked up when we finally left around 3, but it still wasn't all that crowded compared to most places I've visited before. Second, their Robin Hood Maze and Barnyard Fun Area Activities is a good value in my opinion compared to others. Prices are 3 and under--free, ages 4-12--$7.00, and 13 and up--$9.50. Here's what you get: *Robin Hood Maze with activity book--there are stations throughout the maze to keep it fun and exciting. *Hayride *Trike Track--This might have been the favorite for my boys. The Pedal Karts were close behind but they had less bikes so you had to wait your turn if it was busy. *Pedal Karts *Rubber Ducky Races *Corn Hole *Campfire--not sure what the purpose of this is but it's still cool! Might be nice on a cool day but today was 70° so... *Corn Sandbox *Bouncy thingys--I don't know what they call them but the boys had a lot of fun fooling around. I think what impressed me the most was how unique all of these activities were. Even my 14-year-old son was having so much fun and my youngest son didn't want to leave. Before we left, we did buy a couple of pumpkins and some whoopie pies at the store. They have quite a variety of items. If you're looking for a quieter, less expensive place to take your kids to for the fall next season, then RMFM is it! You can thank me later.

I went during the weekend, and it was quite crowded, so if you don't like crowds, I would recommend going on a weekday, as there were lines everywhere, especially in the food areas. First of all, the burgers were really good; I highly recommend the smash burger, and it's affordable too. However, the blooming onions were disappointing lacking flavor and tasting simply like cooked oil. On the bright side, the Mexican street corn was great, and I was really happy with that. The beer garden had a nice selection, and I especially enjoyed the apple cider beer; it was definitely my favorite. For dessert, I tried the viral apple sauce and ice cream drink and the apple cider donut. I'm generally more of a savory person, but surprisingly it was so good that I drunk a lot of it. If you could only get one item, the warm apple cider donut is a must it's really delicious and perfect for colder weather. Now the apple cider it has no added sugar, and it was great so I happy about that. In regards to activities the hayride was short, but the one we choice it included a s'mores section that made it worth it. Overall, the food options had mostly hits with a few misses, but the atmosphere and drinks made up for it. I would definitely say it's worth paying the dollar for the playground, as the kids had a blast and loved every moment. The hay bales, monkey bars, and space to run around were great touches as well. Some kids in our group participated in apple blasting and loved it, and they thought the corn maze was fun too. One thing to note is that most activities require an additional fee, so be mindful of that. However, everything is relatively affordable. Overall, the experience was worth the cost, and the kids had a great time enjoying all the available activities at the playground. It's a perfect spot for families to spend a fun-filled day together without breaking the bank, and it could also make for a fun date night.

There's also a a market that sells freshly grown fruits, vegetables and local made goods. There's also a garden and gift shop selling a lot of the local artisan products. Lots of parking available around the main entrance area. We went early in the morning around 10am. We spent most of the first few hours walking around the zoo that had a huge chicken range, duck pond, cow, goats, sheep and horses. There are vending machine to buy corns to feed the animals. We had to get our own quarters as the coin exchange machine was broken. Around the noon we head to the Linvilla Grill. They had some good pizza and chicken tenders. There were few outdoor benched to dine. Price was little steep. The freshly squeezed lemonade was outrageous. They make the whole thing by grinding lemon right in front and put it in a huge plastic 32 oz jar. It is so worth for $8. We also bought some peaches and cooking sauces from the market. Cash is preferred, for credit card they charge fee at the market checkout.

NOT true on my part obviously but I see I was the rare one to agree with you! You are the type of person that thrives on people agreeing with you. Giving you likes validates you as a man right? Sad!! In this day and time of people working hard to give people entertainment and beauty - your comments are not even close to what this farm actually is so glad you got your one "like" to boost your ego. Yes it's a farm so actual farms aren't cemented. Is it Longwood Garden ? No- If that's the experience you want then go there and pay their prices to fulfill your perfect warped tulip dreams. This family works extremely hard every year to help people to relax and enjoy a local farm with their families and friends. You obviously don't know what it's like to grow anything either- you don't sound like a nurturing kind of person coming from a gardener or a parent since you avoid children and criticize plants that have done their best to grow in a more than difficult growing season with a temperature roller coaster season! We love this farm and have watched it literally blossom into a local gem! We like that it's simple, inexpensive, children friendly and that they teaches the younger generation how to work hard, be responsible and keep out of trouble by getting up on weekends and working hard. Guessing if you had time to write that review that it's the way you have chosen to spend your free time instead of doing what these teenagers do which is their best to make people smile. This farm is exceptionally run, has good vendor food( again supporting local businesses and supporting local musicians ) . I have always enjoyed my visits to this farm and I wish them lots of luck. My tulips are fantastic!!
