This experience was absolutely horrifying in the end. I couldn't believe my eyes at the quality of…read morethe work even after the so called corrections were made. To his credit he came back and spent two days trying to correct his work. That should say how bad it was. But it doesn't because my house looks a mess. It is down right embarrassing. Paint drips, MISSED painted areas and paint on my floors and carpet! (Black granite, salmon tile, and beige carpet ALL have lots of paint everywhere. There is even paint on my black leather sofa. WHITE paint.) This guy even sanded a sizable area and NEVER EVEN PAINTED IT DURING HIS CORRECTIONS. HE LEFT IT COMPLETELY UNFINISHED. (Which isn't surprising I guess because that was part of the initial problem. He would start and stop in areas and not complete it. (Seems like an attention/focus issue.) I have provided him with videos and photos with an opportunity to come back to make his own videos/take photos as of November 16, 2021. However, he feels wronged and can't figure out my motive because I gave an honest review of his work. My goal is to have QUALITY WORK DONE IN MY HOME FOR THE PRICE. Initially, he appeared to be a standup, professional and skilled guy. But in the end I certainly DID NOT get what I paid for in the way of $2500.00. He also trashed his previous clients to me. While I was sympathetic at the time. I now realize that it probably was NOT his previous clients. It may have been him. I do not recommend this guy AT ALL currently.

He verbally quoted me $1,500 for an IKEA laminate counter kitchen installation. The cost of the IKEA laminate counter (3 pieces) was only $300. I felt the $1,500 was a bit high but I was having trouble finding someone to install laminate and Victor seemed knowledgeable regarding my project. The project should have taken a day, but Victor was extremely slow. He also let me know he now charges hourly. After day one, he was still setting up his equipment and adjusting my an ikea kitchen drawers which he claimed were off. Not much more done on day 2, day 3, finally started cutting counter tops. I asked him repeatedly where were were on price which he said he would let me know but did not. The evening before he did the actual install on my counter he sent me a text stating he was at $4,500. I was could not even believe this. I did not respond until the next day when he arrived. I had a conversation with him regarding the price he was now charging, he said he had to adjust some cabinets, I did not even pay that much to have my whole IKEA kitchen installed! I knew he was going to leave me is a mess, no counter, sink, etc. I told him to finish and when he was done, I tried to talk with him again about the original $1,500 estimate to now $4,500. He got very heated, so I gave him a check for the full amount which I so regret now but I was uncomfortable with his reaction and wanted him to leave my home. Please beware and don't make the same mistakes I did by hiring Victor who took total advantage of me and he knows it.
