When Hazel was there everything always went smoothly and she was always a huge help anytime needed. Unfortunately there is a lady named Rhonda, who has taken Hazels place, and her customer service horrible. I requested a General Liability quote a week ago and have not received it yet. I've left messages with nothing in return. Can never get a call back from this lady and she has a bad attitude anytime you do get a chance to speak with her! Their rates for both my senior citizen mother as well as my young driver son were better than anywhere else I found. all of their questions have always been answered accurately, professionally, and in terms easy for both a senior citizen and a young adult to understand. I cannot wait until I am able to switch here. I read the other review posted and had to shake my head a little. I have dealt with the same lady, Rhonda, on behalf of both my mother and son and have always found her to be extremely professional. Maybe something else was going on that led to the above review. I don't know, all I can speak of is my experience through my mother and son and all three of us give them a big thumbs up.

Also, when Statefarm came to do their inspection of my property the representative went to the wrong house which resulted in a cancellation as well as a delay in issuance. After me having send them pictures of my house to prove they had reviewed the incorrect address it delayed finilizing the policy beyond the expiration date with my prior carrier. This resulted with a verbal statement from the Statefarm Representative that it had moved thru underwriting and was assured the prices quoted were indeed the cost, however when I received the billing it had increased. I hope this was an isolated incident, however be aware if your choosing this agent to help with your insurance needs, do you due diligence.

We received a very warm welcome to the State Farm Famly from Sherri Mangrum which immediately made us feel assured that we made the right decision. In the short time with this agency, we had to make several business and personal changes to our insurance. Each time it was a quick and simple email or phone call to Candice Barnes who immediately took care of our needs, and did so with a wonderful attitude. It is so nice to be able to make a phone call and have someone pick up at the other end, who can take care of your needs, as opposed to calling a call center, going through the prompts and speaking to someone who has no idea who you are. They have made us feel like we are their only customer. I highly recommend the Hunter Chaumont State Farm Agency.
