They worked with us removing accessory vents in the roof, and patched all of the plywood that had water damage from the previous roof. Their work was fast, efficient and aesthetic. We had a leak show up in may during a heavy storm, and they were out within 48 hours to take a look. They couldn't find any problems with the roof, but replaced the shingles and re-flashed the seams anyway. Earlier this month, we noticed a leak again during heavy rain and wind. They were again, eager to come out and take a look. Again, there were no roof problems that they could find. Regardless, they re-sealed the flashing to be sure, and also did a thorough inspection of the remainder of the house. They found an old attic window that had broken down the caulk seal, and was likely the culprit for the leak both times. Despite it not being related to their job at all, they caulked the window seam and fixed the problem for us! For both of these visits, there was absolutely no charge. I have really enjoyed working with this local family oriented company! They have been professional and friendly during every interaction. I highly recommend them!!
