But now they have someone there who likes to say "Not my problem". My husband was quoted $650.00 for a bin by Mark but he is not there as much as he use to be, we were not charged the quoted price, we were charged more and additional $260.00 for overweight charge, If it's over weight then it should be charged but adding more money to the bin without letting us know and not calling us before to tell us of the overweight charge and just charging my credit card is not professional. we have not received an invoice either so Im suppose to go back to our customer and tell them I was overcharged, and to pay me back? I can show them my credit card statement so we can get paid back but as this guy there said to my husband "not my problem". we will no longer use this company again, this new guy apparently doesn't care about the the customers, it certainly is not good for business.
