I was working out near Boston and had to make the trek there and during my travel it started snowing which slowed the travel so I was going to be a little late so I called to let them know and Stephanie reassured me it would be fine. The woman who took me back to the exam room was pleasant as well and explained the teeth that were broken would need to be removed and that they could do them that day which shocked me as they didn't try to get me to have X-rays done of my entire mouth,jaw bone evaluation for future work if I was going that way and never once tried to upsell any other services just straight to the problem at hand! The dentist came in younger Chinese guy and what an absolute professional explaining the procedure and every detail about it and what I should be looking to do in the future again with no pressure either way just more of a trying to help explanation of the condition of my teeth. I had two teeth extracted while I thought I was only there for a consultation and it's the next day and to say I'm in shock at how great I feel already with zero pain meds is nothing short of unbelievable. Now on to billing... sign says you have to pay for services day of the services...I have dental plan but hadn't used it in a while as like most believe the dentist office is the worst place on the planet. My bill came to almost 1600.00 for the work done and as I was ready to slap down the good old hsa card and be on my way Steph again stepped in and said this doesn't look right that the insurance isn't picking up that much of this and went to work calling "the insurance guru" friend she had within the practice. After about 10-15 minutes my final due came to under 300 out of pocket. In a world that seems hell bent on gouging every dollar they can and the care for another human seems to be the furthest from reality anymore this place gave me a look at something that's rarely seen these day with compassion,caring and understanding and exemplifies what you anyone would want when getting work done. If I could give them 10 stars I would and they have turned what I always looked at as the worst place on the planet into a place that I can't wait to get back to and make up for lost time on my teeth and care. If you can't tell I highly recommend them to anyone who needs something done or like I to catch up with neglected teeth then you didn't really read this review. Oh and I won't forget the coffee with sugar and oat milk next time for the receptionist!! I will be sending them a little care package as they really deserve it...kudos Manchester family dental!!!! Dr. Lovelace and Dr. Kasprzak (yep, that's how you spell it) are both very good dentists that did their work right the first time around. They've also got a great team of hygenists who are as friendly as they are professional. Wait times were always at a minimum, and even so, they have a ton of magazines. I found a recipe i liked in one of them, and the office lady was nice enough to make a copy for me :). Most importantly, this is the place in Manchester to go for a dentist. Even though their office is in the deteroriating Main Street section of town, their business is alive and flourishing. Now if only they would invent an automatic flossing machine.

Who would know better than another professional, I thought, so I gave them a try. Everything about Dr. Erickson's practice exudes professionalism and patient-centered care. The words which best describe my experiences with them are friendly, efficient, and compassionate. The office is bright and welcoming, the office staff courteous and pleasant, and the equipment state-of-the-art. It had been a few years since my last cleaning, so I required two visits to get all the tough stuff off my teeth. Nobody was condescending or judgemental that I had avoided the dentist for so long. Both hygienists who performed the scaling and debridement were as gentle and quick as the procedures would allow, and my routine follow-up care was even easier. I also needed a large filling in a cracked rear tooth repaired. Rather than putting a full crown over the tooth, Dr. Erickson installed a four-cusp onlay, a conservative approach which maintains as much of the healthy native tooth structure as possible while strengthening the repair. I explained my general apprehension towards dental work, and Dr. Erickson and his staff took the time to explain and discuss the procedure, options, and how discomfort could be reduced. When I experienced some breakthrough pain during the tooth preparation, Dr. Erickson promptly stopped the procedure to administer more anesthetic directly below the tooth. He was meticulous in both the preparation and fitting of the final restoration. The final result is a tooth that works and feels better than it has in a decade. I would highly recommend Dr. Erickson's dental practice for their expertise, dedication, thoroughness, and compassion.

First, let's just say this office puts you at ease, and Dr. Erickson does not tolerate the idea of causing pain. I have many complex issues and he went out of his way to find a way to take care of my teeth without causing me pain. He took the time and the care. He and his staff are ALWAYS getting up to date education, so I am confident always that he and his staff will take care of my needs as well, if not better, than others. But beyond that? They make me laugh. They have a relaxed atmosphere and connect with their patients/clients professionally and personally--without crossing lines. Competence, compassion, humor, professionalism.
