I worked with Wade from 900 miles away after speaking with him through their internet sales. I knew after just a few minutes, he could be trusted. I bought a used Jeep from him--sight unseen, because I knew he was honest and truthful. He knew the previous owner and was able to provide the service history,he offered to video tape the vehicle to show me it's authentic condition. He answered every question I had about the vehicle, which were many and then went out of his way to make the process seamless for me as I made the trip from the east coast to Lancaster to purchase the vehicle. Within 30 minutes of arriving I was back on my way home, just as he had promised-that is how organized he was. He paid attention to every detail and everything that was promised, he delivered and more. There was not one delay or mistake made. I cannot say enough great things about Mr Duncan and this dealership. I would send any of my friends there and would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from them again if it was the one I wanted. It was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a car dealership. Lancaster is lucky to have such a reputable business in their beautiful, small town and Les Mack is lucky to have such a dedicated, caring and professional employee.

They told us they'd quote us on what it would be to fix our mower by the end of the week. The week, weekend, and two days went by. I called and was told they'd get to it by the end of that week. Again, no call ever came. I called again and was told they'd call us with the quote by the end of that day. NOTHING! Finally we get a call from them that the mower is done. We NEVER got a quote. They just said they fixed it without our consent. The next day they call again saying actually they mixed our mower up with another customer's mower, and ours hadn't been touched! Lady got nasty with me when I told her to forget it - we'd go some place else. Are you kidding me? Do NOT go to this place if you want any kind of timely or honest service. If you're willing to wait and wonder and then maybe (probably not) get your service, go ahead and come here. Lancaster is full of good, honest businesses. I am unhappy to report that this place is NOT ONE OF THEM!
