So then we had to pay for an additional warranty and an install and everything else in order to actually get our repair done to our gas dryer. We basically had to replace it. The swap was not ideal. Definitely not convenient. Not happy about that. When they came and installed it. They didn't bring the right orifice for the lp that we use nor did they hook up the gas line correctly and they vented it directly into the basement setting off our gas carbon monoxide sensor. Pretty shoddy workmanship not happy with any of this service so I called them to try and get some kind of clarification. They didn't even bother to call me back I was told it was going to go to the GM in the GM. Apparently blew it off. Not a good company. Buy your stuff at Menards. If you're going to get that kind of service, get it cheaper. There's no service at all anyway.

I went in for an oil leak, and ended up with it still leaking. I had to pay for the extra things that I didn't know they were even putting on. Do not trust this business.

Saw an advertisement for an A215HW. I called and spoke to Doug Biddick. He answered all my questions and understood all of my concerns. We explained to him that we will work with a company called U-Ship to transport the trailer to us. Buying something this big on the internet was a bit scary. Doug set up a video call and gave us a tour of the trailer and answered all of our questions. Very informative! We arranged to ship, Doug took care of the trailer getting it ready for the long haul to CA. He even winterized it for us knowing it was going over some mountains. We received the trailer in 3 days, set it up, and was super satisfied! Everything was exactly what Doug showed us and told us! This was the easiest transaction I have ever had! I would HIGHLY recommend Couler RV, the staff was AMAZING!!!
