The lady who answered the phone was pleasant. I explained to her what my issue was and asked if the generator could be looked at today due to the expected weather tomorrow. She asked the mechanic, Keith, and thankfully he told me bring it in. Not only did he get to my generator same day, he was able to service it (cleaned carburetor, replaced the fuel line) in addition to giving great advice for the health of the generator. We are super thankful to this business for assisting last minute during our time of need. We plan to remain a customer and highly recommend Small Engine Man!
