I went with friends, 4 of us, so we were advised that it'll be a few minutes until someone could assist us, it was no problem, they said we could browse around the 1st floor (not upstairs yet). Mind you, we're dressed very casual for a day out and about and with our backpacks. Within a few minutes, Miguel came to introduce himself and from there it was a delight. One of our group showed interest in a wallet and he immediately pulled out all the different colors and styles in that size, let us handle and compare, no problem at all. We didn't feel rushed, or pushed, he was so graceful and fun! We ended up purchasing a handbag and 2 wallets, we were able to get hot stamping on everything we wanted... Miguel was wonderful. During check out, he explained the VAT (tax refund) process and gave me the form and instructions on how to. This was a memorable experience for my friends and I.
