I needed help for MRI confirmed issues causing pain in my neck and shoulder that prohibited lifting more than 2 lbs. Quality of life was completely compromised. 2 surgeons could offer "probable relief". I did not want surgical intervention without trying a non-surgical solution. Knowing some and open to learning much more about Chiropractics I sought recommendations from trusted friends. Ratcliff, I was told, was where I MUST go! I am grateful every day for that recommendation. The office runs smoothly and professionally while being warm, friendly and inviting. You never wait long, and it is clear that your well- being is the priority of every member of the team. I am not only getting relief in my neck and shoulder, other physical issues are improving in wonderful and unexpected ways. It has been two months or so and I am living with a decidedly higher quality of health. I am not having surgery. I believe you too can experience excellence in chiropractic care with the exceptional Doctors and staff at Ratcliff. read more

I've been seeing Dr. Keith for just over a year now. Anytime I have pain he's helped me get better. Last year after we moved to the area I basically woke up and could barely walk. I was in excruciating pain and it all stemmed from my lower back. I went to urgent care and even the ER and all they could do was prescribe me medications and administer shots that did nothing for me. A friend recommended Ratcliff Chiropractic and I started seeing Dr Keith immediately. I was self pay at first and the office put me on a plan that fit my budget for three visits a week. I believe I saw him for 3 months. I was finally pain free and could walk and sleep without issues. I've seen him since for knee pain, lower back pain again and currently neck pain. I have a pinched nerve that he made better in a week! I love his methods and how he explains everything. The staff is amazing! They go above and beyond to help you with appointments and deal with the insurance. I was able to go from their plan to my current insurance without any hiccups. read more

I enjoy coming to this office and your wait isn't very long. All the people are very friendly and Melinda is great at her job . She doesn't care to fix your problem, if you tell her were you are hurting. I was there for my back and told her my legs were hurting and she worked on them too. I have been to other chiropractor that won't ajust any other part of you body except the part you came in for, even if you tell them it hurt, Thank Milinda for listening, God Bless you and your staff read more

Very thankful for such a competent and kind Chiropracter and staff. I went to the clinic with a multitude of issues stemming from a rear end collision. The pain was causing me many sleepless nights. While Dr. Keith didn't promise he could fix them all, he said he would sure try. Listening to what I was giving him feedback on, he resolved my pain. I continue to go weekly for maintenance as I find it doesnt take me long to get bent out of shape-literally! If you have pain, they will help! read more

Ratcliff Chiropractor office has been treating my family for many years. The employees in the office along with the Dr's are very professional and truly care about their patients well being. We all miss Dr. Craig in the office, but Dr Melinda (his daughter) has done a phenomenal job. I have never been treated by Dr Keith, but my family members have and they say he does a great job also.
