We called before opening hours, left a message and were called right back being given an appointment in 45 minutes! A very helpful and friendly staff for sure! So appreciative that he saw an unknown patient from Michigan without hesitation. Our Prayers were answered!!! Having had Chiropractic care for 45 years, Dr. Keith Ratcliff's approach was like nothing I had ever experienced! Not only did he give me a spinal adjustment to correct my painful issue, he also used an Activator tool to assist in that adjustment. I had never seen a tool like that before. He continued to use it with my body's energy field to correct other issues including my knee which had troubled me since my grand-dog took me down a month earlier. My regular Chiropractor never even looked at it even though I had told him about it. I assumed it was out of the Chiropractic realm and I would have to see a specialist. Not the case at all as this doctor corrected my spine, knee and many other spots he discovered using my energy field and his Activator tool. On top of all that, he desensitized me to several food sensitivities/allergies and even the radio frequency of my iPhone! I'm completely blown away at this point! Dr. Ratcliff took time with me as though I was his regular patient, teaching me so much I had been unaware of. He certainly didn't have to do all this, but he is a very caring man who clearly loves his work and cares about patients even if they live out of state. Now I'm on a quest to find a new Chiropractor in MI who practices just like Dr. Keith Ratcliff! If you're looking for Chiropractic care whether you are fortunate enough in Tennessee and could see him on a regular basis, or an out-of-towner like me, I give him the highest recommendation! On a 5 star rating he is without a doubt a 6!

I have gone to massage therapy and chiropractors regularly for several years. I say this with total honesty, she is one of the best I have ever had work on me. She is extremely thorough and extremely caring. She used her knowledge ,strength ,and personality to do everything she could to try to get me some relief. She DID just that. I left being able to move my neck without pain. It was still very sore but the pain was so much less. I don't post a lot, but she definitely deserves this. It was the least I could do. And now I'm in the system just in case I'm ever in need while in Pigeon Forge.

Dr Josh Chambers and his staff are the most down to earth and professional people I've ever met. I didn't feel like just another number coming thru the door, I felt like they cared and that they were going to take good care of me, which they did. This isn't just a chiropractic office where you walk in and get adjusted quickly and then be on your way, They do so much more before you even get to the doctor to be adjusted. I was just blown away and actually I could've stayed there all day to be worked on:) Dr Josh chambers explained in great detail what kind of injury I had, which is a fractured back, and I just felt like I could ask him anything and he didn't talk down to me at all. I would recommend Dr Josh and his entire staff if you have the need for Chiropractic care. I noticed while sitting in there that they have essential oils, massages and so much more so stop in there and check it out:)
