I have gone to massage therapy and chiropractors regularly for several years. I say this with total honesty, she is one of the best I have ever had work on me. She is extremely thorough and extremely caring. She used her knowledge ,strength ,and personality to do everything she could to try to get me some relief. She DID just that. I left being able to move my neck without pain. It was still very sore but the pain was so much less. I don't post a lot, but she definitely deserves this. It was the least I could do. I asked to be taken off this auto pay reduction. If they had been up front and explained this I would likely been okay with it . A couple of weeks go by and I went in for a visit and the receptionist says ...how did you want to pay for today's services ? I replied ... I believe I have at least 3 more visits . Again another smile ... oh you didn't use your visits by the 16th and they expired. At no time do they tell you about the auto charge or having to use your visits by a certain time .
