I started by going to the Apple Store in Geneva, but because I purchased my computer in the States, they couldn't help me. They sent me instead to ART Computer. I'm so glad they did. From the minute I walked in the door, an ART employee greeted me and asked if he could help. I stated my need, as well as my concern about installing the RAM myself, but your guy -- Edgar Rincon -- was so incredibly helpful and friendly. He showed me, on an iMac model in the store, how to install the extra RAM. He answered several other questions I had, then got me the item I was seeking, rang up my purchase, and had me on my way in no time! When I got home, I followed Edgar's instructions exactly and had the RAM installed in less than five minutes. I wish more businesses in the Geneva / Pays-de-Gex area provided customer service and a pleasant experience like the kind I had today in your store. Thank you! All Apple stores are more or less the same but with varying abilities of staff. Geneva is no…read moreexception, all be it that sometimes I feel the staff, which changes every month it seems, sometimes have less knowledge that I do. Anyway, as Apple is mega-popular in Switzerland, certain times of the day this place can be a zoo. If you need technical help, book by phone and expect to wait 15 to 30 minutes longer than your reserved time-slot before you get your appointment.

The…read morestreet level entrance is located across the street from the main train station entrance, or the basement entrance is located outside the entrance to the Metro underground shopping area for the Geneva train station. It doesn't look like much from the outside, and seems a bit outdated and dirty even, but it is jam packed with items, which can sometimes be hard to locate due to the amount of items stuffed into a small area. You will find all types of electronics and home equipment here. I have often come here at the last minute quickly for computer items like USB sticks and computer mice. I have been to other Fust locations that were better organised and laid out. Plus, a problem I have had here is that there doesn't ever seem to be anyone to help answer questions in the basement level. Whenever I finally do get someone, they have been helpful and friendly, it just always required a bit of a wait.
