They approved a repair, repair begun and then reneged on the repair. Once repair starts on a car, no other shop will work with it! He escalated to his management which lead to Nick single-handily negotiating with the repair shop that had my car which got the repair process going again. After a month and half, I now have my beautiful car back. Just a miracle! He probably spent a week working on my crazy case and did not make a dime except my undying gratitude and support.
