We had a patio and paths that had an adobe paint color and texture that was very slick when wet and also looked dirty no matter what we did. We had Rasmusen resurface everything with a beautiful pebbletech and we LOVE it! We were amazed at the detail and workmanship. They hand-sanded dips and separations of the old concrete, then sanded the entire surface level. They filled in a couple of cracks and dips that needed to be raised. They vacuumed the dust as they sanded, taped off all our ground lighting and wall surfaces to keep them clean and swept up after they finished each day. They covered the old concrete with a glue and hand scattered pebbletech over all surfaces including into the separations and on edges of the path that were visible. The price was much better than the other bids we received and the quality of the job absolutely exceeded our expectations. When one small area was missed, the crew came back and took care of it. The only small complaint was the somewhat sketchy communication. We did not find out until a couple days before the installation that if we wanted any color that was not in stock, it would take a week - 10 days to get it in...and then our job would need to be rescheduled out a month later. Luckily we found a color we liked in stock....even though Juan called other area distributors and found stock for the colors not in their warehouse. He went above and beyond to make certain our job went off as scheduled. Highly recommend. read more

Both Kyle and his daughter are completely unreliable and they do not stand by their bid pricing. I received a quote for a small job before repainting my whole house which indicated there would be no travel time or cleanup time added to our time/materials job. To my surprise, they invoiced for travel/cleanup time and unapologetically insisted it was reasonable despite their bid. Worse, when Kyle scheduled my estimated 200 hour job several weeks in advance, he forgot it was scheduled when I called to confirm the date. When we rescheduled, THEY FORGOT THE SECOND APPOINTMENT! Kyle's way to fix the problem (other than making lame excuses) was to pull his crew off other job(s) to start mine. No thanks - I'll contract with someone who is not only able to paint a wall but to coordinate their schedules and stick to a bid/contract. read more

Overall the job was pretty great and it looks amazing. We had the entire inside of our house painted. Cisco and his team, who did the actual painting were prompt, friendly and skillful. Why I didn't give it a whole 5 stars was because I felt like I wasn't really helped out at all when I needed it. Their office person never answers the phone when you call, although she does typically get back within 24hrs- but still talk about anxiety inducing, wondering if you'll hear back! Emails are returned in about the same timeframe. Also, when I had to submit the colors and finishes, I had just gone to Home Depot and grabbed some color swatches of Behr paint, not thinking about different brands. Well apparently, they don't use Behr paint. That would've been nice to know beforehand, or at least received some kind of guidance. They use Sherwin Williams, so I had to go online and *hope* I re-picked out the right colors. Anyway, they don't really consult you through the process. You're pretty much on your own, and what you get is what you get, and what you're paying for. They did come back out for touchups, and overall did a nice job. The office people and management just need to work on their customer service skills before I rave about them. I don't paint my house every day, so I'm not fluent in "paint" - that's why I'm paying for their expertise. I would've really liked it if they had been a little more hands-on in the beginning to help me out. read more

Most recently, they painted our entire Napa home inside and out and repaired a number of settling cracks in our exterior stucco and interior plaster. Their large, efficient crew did an outstanding job. They were professional, respectful, hard-working, detail-oriented and a joy to work with. They cleaned up the job site each day and hauled away all trash when their work was complete. Foreman Gil Lopez was especially helpful and is a true artist when it comes to plaster and crack repair. Had my whole exterior done including deck refinishing as well as some interior color plaster work. Have never seen a better job done on a home. I knew it wasn't an easy job especially stripping the paint off my limestone in my patio. I was so impressed with how well they took on any and every job I threw at them. They came 3 times to get the yellow just right. Kilo, was especially tireless and eager to please. I'm calling them back to get a bid on popcorn ceiling removal in another house.
