I came to this location last year for my flu shot as well, and both times were very easy. They already had my records and my insurance was current. They did not have to collect a co-pay so check-in was a breeze. There was two other people waiting and they were called back quickly. I waited about 7-8 minutes. The waiting room is a very typical set-up. Uncomfortable (but nice and wide) chairs, a random cooking show on the TV and an assortment of magazines. My oldest kiddo accompanied me (for hand holding during the shot, of course) and she was pretty jazzed about the double water fountain. So there you go. A very nice nurse took me in back and the whole thing lasted about 30 seconds! :) I prefer to get my flu shot from a nurse, rather than at the pharmacy and I've had great experiences at PH!

After a few sessions I asked him if he thought I had it (the whole reason of me seeking therapy). He said only a psychiatrist can diagnose OCD (which is false). I did more research on my own and asked if he did ERP. He didn't even know what it was. He overshares in sessions, frequently mentioning his own past and trauma. I think I know more about his life than he knows about mine. When I started talking about safety, he said out of a scale of 0 to 5 (5 being feeling completely safe) he said he "never gets above a 4" because he's "been through too much." Which completely obliterated any faith I had that he might be a safe container. Why the hell would I feel safe sharing with someone who themselves doesn't feel safe?? He kept on saying he had treated people for "a number of years." When I asked how long that was he said 4. I wouldn't trust him to treat any number of things on his profile. He is more limited as a therapist than he markets himself. I wouldn't recommend him and I have zero interest in shopping for other therapists at this practice. I would have given him one star but his receptionist was very sweet, responsive, and made it easy to make and reschedule appointments on the phone and by email.

On my initial intake, I was swabbed for influenza…read more When I met the nurse, I explained that my son had the flu and was hospitalized, my wife, my sister and her husband were all sick with the same symptoms; I told the nurse I was an asthmatic as well. I had a severe cough so the nurse listened to my chest and checked my ears. He stated my lungs were clear and that my ear was "angry." He prescribed an antibiotic and a cough suppressant. He also told me the swab was "99.9% accurate," which is false. He was lying and sorely incompetent. My wife has since tested positive for the same type influenza that my son tested positive for. The nurse sent an asthmatic away with the flu and an antibiotic instead of giving Tamiflu to prevent severe symptoms. If I end up hospitalized there will most definitely be a lawsuit. We need more doctors or more competently qualified nurses with doctor oversight. I will never come back to this place.
