I find this really irresponsible, especially when I'm paying $100+ for a haircut that already takes at least 1.5 hours. I don't mind the length of the appointment at all when it starts on time, but the additional wait makes it difficult to plan anything around it. I'm always stressed because I either need to be somewhere afterward or I'm coming in after work, and he's regularly not ready until at least 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I think my last appointment was the final straw for me. I had enough time to take myself out for brunch and even do a little shopping at Pacific Commons, and he was still an hour late.
