My wife and I wanted to celebrate our 50th Wedding and my 72 birthday in Scotland and Ireland. We realized early that we would encounter many obstacles because over the past 12 months we've been recovering from major back surgery. We felt we needed the help of a professional travel agent. After doing some research we decided on Raquel's Unique Travel. In short Raquel nailed it. From airport assistance, transportation to the airport, outstanding hotel accommodations and if your a golfer handled everything at The Old Course Hotel where we spent several nights. It was over the top. She had flowers , and rose pedals laid out in our room. Tours she took special care to not have us walk too much. If you're looking for exceptional service, Raquel conducts her travel expertise as if she's interviewing for a job. The experience, it's like now she's part of the family. Give her a call. This is my first time using a travel agent and saying it was amazing is an understatement. Traveling to Maui with a toddler is intimidating enough. Working with Raquel personally she made this vacation as stress free as possible. The initial conversation helps her get an understating of what you're looking for. She gave us options depending on our budget and preference. Her experience guided us through restaurants choices as well as family activities. Thank you Raquel for helping us memories i cant wait for the next vacation. read more

My sister and I retired from a 12 day trip to Italy I can't thank Raquel enough. She turned what could have been a logistical headache into a seemless, Dream vacation. The hotels were perfectly located, our bus driver was an expert driver, the itinerary balanced iconic sites with local hidden gems. Our local tour guide was wonderful. Raquel was always available to handle every detail. That allowed us to truly enjoy our trip. I highly recommend her for a stress-free, expertly planned Italian vacation! read more

Just came back from my Thailand trip and I cannot thank Raquel enough for making the trip so much less stressful for myself and the group I went with. She helped me with booking a hotel, flight and even the activities out there. She was always available and answered very quickly anytime I had any questions. For our trip, we had a layover in Korea which I had also always wanted to visit but I was sad that our layover was very short so when I told her this, she helped me out by calling the airline to give me a longer layover just so I could explore the city and I am so insanely grateful for that because it made the trip so much more special. read more

Raquel was so helpful & awesome to work with! I cannot recommend her enough! She took care of everything for us from booking a great resort, transportation to & from the airport & round trip flights. It was all very well planned. We were a group of 6 on our way to Tulum a few weeks back but then the hurricane hit & we had to change everything around! Raquel literally took care of everything & waited on the phone for 6 hours until we were able to change flights & resort reservations. We were so stressed but she made everything so easy for us! She is my go to person for my upcoming trips since I know she will take care of me. Thank you Raquel! I sincerely appreciate everything you did for us! read more

I want to thank Raquel for her help with my trip to the Riviera Maya. Throughout the whole process she was easy to reach. Whether it be a late evening or a message while I was at the airport and I needed her help, she responded quickly or in a timely manner. Raquel was also very thorough in explaining everything I needed to get ready for my trip. The cost of the trip was also reasonable as I did shop around. My wife and I booked a trip to Cancun through Raquel and were hesitant and worried with all the covid restrictions and prior testing for flights. Raquel was real helpful to get us situated with what we needed, we had to postpone our trip the first time, but Raquel was amazing and got everything re booked for 3 weeks later with no extra money out of our pockets for the flight or hotel. She was going back and forth with the hotel because they didn't want to allow us to reschedule, she was even able to save us money the second time. We will definitely use her again, and the resort (Hyatt Zilara) that was booked for us was absolutely amazing !!!!!! read more

I was searching for a travel agents so I looked up reviews on YELP. I found Raquel Naranjo. She was extremely helpful and thorough. She took the time to check out reviews and for the pricing that fit my budget. I took a road trip from California to Phenix City, Alabama. She explained that she could book us a hotel in advance but we were on a mission to just drive till we got tired. We just drove and I was able to call her late at night to let her know what town we were coming to for her to get us a hotel. She booked 4 hotels on 4 different days, 2 on the way to Alabama and 2 going home. She did an amazing job we were all satisfied and we will definitely be call her again. read more
