Also stopping at a storage unit along the way out of the city. Big oof! We all know what Toronto traffic is like. However, Jason and his team put all my worries to rest. He also came to look at our place a few days before moving day to assess everything. On moving day, his team packed and wrapped everything very quickly. They were professional, asked questions, kept in contact on the phone during each process of the move and were very friendly. We originally asked for a team of 5 and two trucks but ended up with a team of 4 at the start and 1 truck. Reduced down to a team of 3 at our new place to unpack everything. We were charged accordingly to the changes. No hidden fees or BS, everything was told to us as changes were being made and explained again when the bill came. Prices were super reasonable for the distance. We provided water, gatorade (at both places) and breaks whenever the movers needed. People forget that this is a very physically gruelling task and my partner and I would have never done what they did in such a short period of time. We were so appreciative we even ordered pizza for them at our new place, while they finished unloading all our stuff. We had over 40 boxes and tons of furniture. 11/10 I would use them again and highly recommend them! They are true to their word "In and out".

Move was supposed to start at 12 PM, Truck was not available by 3:30 PM; I was asked to postpone the move for next day when I and my wife took a day off just for the move; Hence it was a loss of pay for my wife. Since the move finished around 11; she again has to take day off the next day. They were dependent on U-Haul for providing truck and did not have their own trucks and they call themself Movers who do professional business Out of your 4 men in service; 3 had their first day on the Job and only one person had some know-how, No Equipment , no planning at all 3 of them were not aware how to dismantle the recliners/sofas/bed; Neither they have the right tool. Hence we have to dismantle the bed ourselves with my own tools. One of your work men introduced us as Rahul while his original name was Gaurav. Despite repeatedly pointing out his laziness and failure to keep pace with others, the other three men were getting increasingly annoyed. Even at the move-in Location, He was sent prior to trucking with my wife in Sienna Car which carried smaller boxes so that Elevator could be started, He didn't start the move which wasted half an hour. Also driving time was 30 mins but he drove so slow that he took 45 mins, witnessed by my wife Since the booking of Elevator time in the move-in condo lapsed, I had to make numerous requests to building management to get us accomodated. In this restlessness, there was no time for wrapping furniture resulting in damages to my work station , Sofas & recliners. I had a Gout Attack last week and took your services for convenience but I along with my brother had to do major lifting of boxes along with loaders. At the new condo location, Work men were seen dragging the furniture in the corridor instead of lifting, which was pointed out by the security guard of the building through CCTV which might have brought a penalty. In all hustle bustle, my mountain bike is left on the move out location worth $450 which is still missing and no Action taken by owner Anuj to address it. Instead they declined that they left anything. They even did not gave a receipt as I made transaction on cash and they cannot generate it for previous day. There were numerous shortcomings and the entire day just went into stress that I cannot even write in one page. Run Away from this company.

The container arrived on time, picked up on time and also great assistance if filling out the custom forms. On receiving end in California was a breeze for us. Minor damage to furniture is a normal part of moving and I expected it when I hired this company. What I didn't expect was that the owner would take the time to contact me, to listen attentively to my complaints and then to respond by remedying the situation.
