Dr Hartshorn is a fantastic orthopedic surgeon, I highly recommend him. I just moved to MA and,…read moreafter several years of steroid injections in my shoulder for pain, was looking to get another shot. He suggested I first get an MRI, so glad he did as I had a a significant rotator cuff tear, steroids would have masked the pain and made things worse. I received corrective surgery and 3 weeks out am already experiencing less pain vs pre-surgery. He provided great step-by-step detail on the procedure and what to expect wrt pain and recovery, and has been very present post-operation. He also has a great staff who are very responsive and supportive. I really appreciated his ability to clearly explain all options of treatment including pros and cons, which allowed me to make the best decision for me without pressure.

This means my body metabolizes my adhd meds at least twice as fast as normal metabolizers requiring me to need higher than FDA recommended doses. Most doctors in psychiatry do not understand this and would not give me my therapuetic dose, despite evidence from genetic testing. Dr. Thor does understand this and prescribes adequate doses for me. He is very responsive with requests and the office is very adhd friendly with me being able to schedule appts online and request refills online. The phone is never answered but after your first appt you are given a different phone number that goes directly to Dr. Thor. He is a god-send and I would be devastated if he were to ever go out of business. DO NOT TRUST the 1 star reviews.

Dr. Cuchural is an infectious diseases doctor and also a primary care doctor. I have been a medical puzzle for years and Dr. Cuchural found things that other doctors haven't even heard of let alone tested me for! I am so thankful to have answers. Dr. Cuchural often works very late into the night because unlike other doctors, he spends as much time with a patient as he or she needs. He doesn't rush or cut appointments short and genuinely cares for his patients. If you stump him with a question, he will pull all of his electronic gadgets out and look up the answer for you. He fits patients in last minute even if it means he has to stay even later. He has the most wonderful bedside manner, which is imperative to me because I have severe anxiety. Julie, the nurse, is just as amazing. She is has a dry sense of humor and is absolutely hysterical, which helps when I'm feeling particularly anxious or overwhelemed from medical issues. I have literally walked in there crying many times and come out smiling. It's always a pleasure seeing her. I feel incredibly blessed to have been referred to Dr. Cuchural's office and hope that this review reaches someone else he may be able to help.

I called and the person that answered the phones was not friendly/professional ...at all and said "we are not accepting new patients"...try back next month. No, I wont try back next month because I don't want a doctors office that the staff dont answer the phone calls during "business hours"....and with staff that don't return calls. Either they don't listen to voicemail messages and/or don't return calls(not good in MEDICAL field) . Someone could have returned my call to let me know this. Dr.Todd James your front office staff represent you..they are the first in line for contacting your office...calls should be answered during business hours and calls should be returned.
