Best plumbing service in Sonoma. Arrived on time, (during the holidays) knew what to do, professional and solved our problem. Sewer issue one month later, they were here within 2 hours of call. Again, solved problem. My opinion, if you have a sewer problem, call these guys immediately. You wont be sorry. read more

Kevin and Dan are our heroes! We had been ripped off earlier in the day by another plumbing company, who first did an inadequate job of rooting the line for a very high price, then tried to pressure us into signing a contract to replace our lateral line for $30,000 +/- They made it seem like an emergency that needed a quick decision to avoid disaster, and they wanted to start digging up the front yard tomorrow. We called Miksis Services for a second opinion. Thankfully, Kevin & Dan were able to come out with the Big Machine, after hours, and remove the roots that the other company had left behind Now everything works fine again. They also told us that, if it ever becomes necessary, they could repair the damaged section rather than replace the entire line. We thank Kevin and Dan for their quick response, fair prices, and honesty. read more

Contacted MSI to repair a very dilapidated residential sewer line running under 20 feet of concrete. Gary was very supportive and helpful in some of the preparation work I did before they started the project. The actual team led by TJ was courteous, professional, adamant and relentless about repairing the pipe for the best possible outcome. The end product was a repair of a catastrophically damaged sewer line to one of near new efficiency. read more

The scene is Saturday night. We had just put our daughter to bed and were ready to have an awesome night! Except for one thing......our bathtub and toilet wouldn't drain and our extra shower backed up with nastiness. Queue Kevin and Don(I believe that was their names, I was slightly intoxicated.) They rode in on steel horses with a mighty snake of justice and saved my family from an unfortunate situation. Hire these people! They work wonders. read more

We had a sewer backup. Both showers were filled up and the toilets were clogged. Perfect way to spend a Saturday night right? We had two gentlemen from the company come out. They were very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Fixed the problem within an hour. I definitely recommend them and will use them for any future service that I need. read more

Totally recommend to snake a line / clear a drain. I had water backing up into garage from washing machine as well as dishwasher (they share a wall). I called 4 different places prior to calling rapid rooter, 2 national and 2 local. The woman who answered the phone was nice and unlike the other companies, understanding I had a budget and was able to provide me with a $150 quote for the first hour. Other local companies refused to provide a base quote saying they worked off a "price guide". When I explained to other companies my budget and asked if the base would fall under that, they refused to answer. The tech arrived within 3 hours (on time), was friendly and easy to talk to. As he was clearing the line, I discovered water under the kitchen sink. He was able to fix both issues within the hour and my bill was a flat $150. I will be recommending them to anyone with a drain issue! read more

First, i want to say I appreciate rapid rooter being able to come out same day to fix my issue and the job was done to my satisfaction. I also appreciate the office staff taking the time to listen to my complaint when I called. Everyone I spoke with at the company, aside from this one technician, was very nice. This review is based on the technician they sent to my home. My appointment window was from 230-430pm. At about 144pm I had a voicemail from the technician asking if he could come early, he was ahead of schedule. I attempted to call him back to let him know 1) i wasn't home yet, i was picking my child up from school. 2) what exactly the issue was and to warn him about me using drano in my sink. I got home at 2pm. My mother in law, who came over to babysit, went ahead and let them in when she got there. When i arrived, the work was done. The technician asked me if I had bleach or drano on the sink. I told him drano. He then went on to be a passive aggressive jerk and said "You have to inform us when there are chemicals in the sink. I hit your garbage disposal and it splashed up in to my eyes and mouth. YOU HAVE TO INFORM US. You're lucky it wasn't someone else because they wouldn't be as nice as i am. Plus it causes cancer and ITS BAD FOR YOUR CHILDREN." Ok, I was fine with him being a dick but the second he mentioned my kids I was absolutely offended. I felt like he was saying I was a bad parent. It's not like I'm letting my kids drink drano. I didn't let them anywhere near the sink. They weren't allowed in the kitchen while this issue was happening. So save your judgement, dude. Also, why aren't you wearing your PPE?! It's not my fault you're an idiot and not protecting yourself. I would have informed him about the drano had I been home. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE YOU TO WORK IN MY HOME EARLY. I DID NOT TALK TO YOU AND SAY YOU COULD COME TO MY HOME BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT TIME. YOU TOOK IT UPON YOURSELF TO SHOW UP AT MY HOUSE EARLY AND START WORKING WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I made the appointment, I am the owner of the house, I knew what was going on...my mother in law didn't know anything other than I had a plumbing issue so she couldn't warn this guy about the drano. I did call and complain. I was apologized to and was told it would be handled. read more

Both of my toilets backed up into both bathtubs. Yuck! What a foul mess. The first plumber I called, Redwood Sewer & Drain, was very friendly and knowledgeable, but his crew was tied up. Gregg referred me to Rapid Rooter. Amazingly they had someone close by to assist me. Tim was at my house in 10 minutes, just as he said. Tim was very professional, knowledgeable, and had the problem cleared within an hour! What a relief. read more

I had these guys out to snake a drain and they said they were having a hard time getting through my pipe because of a off set. They told me they could dig it up and replace it for just a couple hundred dollars which was a great price because I called around and they beat the prices of other company's by over 1/2. They saved me money and were very professional! And to the one who wrote a bad review a 30 day guarantee is that not a 41 day guarantee. These guys are not paid by the hour and do not have a company gas card so I don't blame them for not going back!!! read more

Thank you for quickly answering our SOS call! We had both of our toilets clogged and It was a difficult job but Eric was professional, determined, and had an absolutely great attitude. Highly recommended!!! read more

Worst office manager I have ever had to deal with. Their male office manger is rude, disrespectful and arrogant. He should not be in a customer service industry at all. He says he will returns call and doesn't. When he does pick up the phone he is discourteous and unhelpful. We tried dealing with him several times. The plumber sent out to us, Jim, was a great guy. Polite, professional, clean and efficient. Loved him. If we could call him directly that would be great. However their office manger earns this company zero stars. read more

Very professional. Cleared a drain for me and didn't try to find or make up other problems like Mr. Rooter would have. Very fair price to clear my drain. Showed up quick and took care of the problem fast. I have used MSI on my commercial jobsites in the past and they have always been great to work with and have always solved the issues they were hired to resolve. I highly recommend them. read more

These guys were awesome once they got here they set up tried 10 different ways the 10th way worked thank you very much have a wonderful day

My bathtub completely stopped draining Friday evening. I called at least five different places and this was by far the most reasonable price and they were also able to get out the soonest with no extra charge Monday morning. Steven and his journeyman both introduced themselves and actually showed up earlier than I expected and we're patiently waiting for me to get here. They were very fast and efficient my drain is working perfectly with a 30 day guarantee. read more

Rapid Rooter Sewer - Very fast and efficient. Very stressful having dirty water not drain. - Plumbing Near Me - Healdsburg, California

I am very happy with the experience I had with Rapid Rooter Sewer - Drain Cleaning Service. A technician came out within an hour, fixed the problem with the blocked pipe and took the time to answer all my questions. And, the bill was less than I thought it would be. I will definitely use this service again in the future. read more

You're in good hands if you use this company. I had a problem with two bathrooms backing up at the same time, so I called Rapid Rooter. They popped the lids on the septic system, cleaned out some roots and then cleaned the line that serviced the bathrooms. Everything works good now! More importantly, the tech "Jim," explained to me the workings of a septic system and about proper maintenance throughout the year. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. Now that's good customer service! read more

Kevin & Jim showed up when they said they would come - snaked the line with a smaller sized snake - then a longer larger one. Job was done quickly. They were cheerful and focused on getting the job done. I will call them again when I have these sorts of problems. Kevin also gave advice on how to prevent the clogs in the future - and this was very helpful. Nice guys! read more

WOW! is right. They were here within about a 1/2 hour from calling, did a great job and everything is back to normal. I had called another company and they could not be here until THURSDAY! So what am I supposed to do in the meantime without plumbing?! I will recommend Rapid Rooter to anyone who needs work done and done right. Thank you so much. read more

Just had Steve out to unclog our main line. He showed up much sooner than expected (woohoo!), and just dealt with it. We decided to set up an annual appointment with them just to snake out the line and save us more "shi**y surprises". Great work, as usual. These folks know exactly what they are doing, and are honest. Bravo. read more

Called on a Sunday with what was an emergency and Jim came out with a cheerful attitude and great service as he located the sewer clean out valve and took care of the backed up drains. He took the time to explain how a root made its way into the system and offered suggestions on how to stay alert of future problems. Plumbing problem solved in less than an hour thanks to a pro like Jim. read more

Yay, Steve B! He came out to our house on January 2nd--when most businesses were closed for the official New Year's Day holiday--and fixed a sink that wouldn't drain and a clogged toilet. He was fast and professional, not to mention that he's good with dogs. I'd definitely call him again. read more

Super responsive. Came out within 2 hours to repair a clogged kitchen sink. Clean and respectful of potential mess associated with the repairs. Kevin was great. He even scooped out the grimy water out of the sink for me. Barbara in the office was also super nice. I don't remember the first young woman I spoke with, but she was really kind as well. $150 was well spent!!! Thanks so much. I would definitely use them again and recommend their services. read more

For AT LEAST 25 years we've used Bob and Keven at Rapid Rooter to scrape out the stubborn cenanothus roots that almost annually grow into our drain line near the court and cause stoppage to all toilets and baths. And every year the guys show up exactly when they say they will and handle the job quickly and effectively. And this year when the stoppage occurred at 5:30 PM on a Friday just before expecting Saturday house guests, we were so pleased to find Steve on call; even though it was supper time, he came over and dealt with this messy job. He arrived in less than 30 minutes and was as friendly and efficient as I've come to expect. I cannot speak more highly about the service we get from these guys. And they are just plain nice people as well. read more

Wow! These guys came out on Christmas eve at 7pm........ fixed the pipe...and gave us a great price ( way less than other quotes) Nice guys...... efficient .... fast and honest. I've lived in my home for 29 years and have only needed my sewage lines cleared twice previously during this time. Recently, my lines clogged, and wanting to support local businesses, I called this company. The team that arrived had difficulty getting the snake into the individual line needing to be cleared... they cleared all the other lines (which I guess could be considered a perk, except that it took time I was paying for) before getting into the clogged line. Then the snake snapped, so they spliced it back together... on my time & dime. Finally they went into the clog through an overflow and "cleared" it, but it added more time, and additional charges, onto the bill. Fast forward to 41 days later, or 11 days after the 30 day guarantee has expired, and the drain is again clogged! Called the company to see what they could offer me to make right in this situation. Here's their offer: send the same team out at $60/hr. Why would I want to pay to have them come back, if they couldn't get it right the first time they were here??? If you ever find yourself with clogged drains... RUN away from this company and give your business to someone, anyone, else!!! read more
