Super clean place! Bathrooms were spotless. They had a variety of snacks and beverages conveniently set out. Music was rocking right as you walk in the welcoming sliding doors. I would recommend stopping here for your traveling needs. read more

I will never stop in that store again or any Rapid Roberts. The older lady that works in the morning is rude. Always complaining and gossiping to customers. I have came in the mornings and evenings and the manager is still working. Then they have young kids working in the evenings which are too busy on their phones. I have seen the same 2 employees working more then the others. I don't support any company that don't treat their employees well. See that young gentleman and managers everyday isn't right. Kum N Go gas is even cheaper. read more

My husband went into the store and we go in there a couple times a week and the young girl that works nights is always on her phone this time she was busy facing the other way on the phone when my husband came up to the counter and she never even looked back to see him standing there. Then the other employee that just got off was walking out from the back to leave and she said the young girl with her hair on top of her head's name (my husband said he thinks it started with an L he is bad with names) and when the other employee said her name she snapped "WHAT?!?!" and the other employee nicely said you have a customer and she mouthed something rolled her eyes and finished her text before even acknowledging my husband then put her phone in her pocket and slowly walked over to help my husband, finally! She was not only rude to my husband, but even more rude to her fellow employee, who my husband said looked to be hurt. read more

I am only giving you a 3 because you do have one employee that is kind and helpful, but your manager is another story! The manager at your store her name is Judy either has way too much on her plate or can't handle the job, she always seems stressed about something mostly her paperwork since she only seems to interact with customers she knows. She doesn't seem to want to deal with customers at all unless she knows them. There have been times on more than one occasion when I have been in the store where the other cashier which is typically my favorite and the one I mentioned that brought your score up and her name is Barbara, but I've watched her ask the manager for help when her line gets extremely long and the manager is sometimes doing paperwork and sometimes playing on her phone, but almost every time she snaps and says can't you see I'm busy or she grunts and says she's busy. I always feel so bad for Barbara, but she doesn't skip a beat she just keep going with a smile on her face. Then IF Judy decides to help she says in a snappy or hateful voice "If you're not doing lottery I'll just help you over here" with an audible sigh or grunt. I've noticed whether people are getting lottery or not they would rather wait in line than to go over after that, myself included. I mean at least with Barbara we know we will get treated with respect and with a smile! Which is what I always thought was what customer service stood for to give the customer service so it blows my mind that the manager will hardly ever take customers well that is unless she knows you and you are special then she will call you over even if you're at the end of the line. read more
