This system is coupled with a phone messaging system that keeps you informed about the status of your prescription. The problem is that the employees completely ignore the system because they don't like it either; several employees have admitted this. Over time with many instances I have learned not to trust the system. I have one very common prescription that is almost never kept in stock and they always assure me, "it will be on the next delivery truck" . sometimes it is sometimes not. If it is not, they never contact you. You have to contact them.... if you can get past the automated system. There is always a great turnover in techs at this store. New people are not trained very well; sometimes they try to charge for something that should be no charge. If you question them about this you often get an attitude. After 3 years of trying to figure out their system I have realized that they really don't care. All you get is attitude and obfuscation. So, I just transferred to a different pharmacy.
