My experience with Rapid Results truly is as good as it gets. I joined on December 30th and experienced my first boot camp class on New Years Eve, 2013 (yes, a holiday!). The class was like no other...the intensity, teamwork, and "you CAN do this" attitude are beyond anything I imagined. It was intimidating in the first couple of weeks, but I kept hearing "you can do this"...and now I believe it. Just weeks ago, I never would have guessed I'd be doing 300 jumping jacks in one class...or 20 regular push ups...or planks...or 100 criss-cross squats (at the age of 56) This gym is unlike any other...many gyms refer to their services as "personal" training, but in reality are nothing but generic. My sessions truly are geared to my personal goals, targeting the areas I need most with a robust plan overall. At my 2-month mark, I bought my first pair of single-digit-sized jeans (size 8 from a 14). I've never seen those kinds of results in any program. I learn something new in every class and session. The trainers pay very close attention to every move...focusing on form and safety to ensure maximum results for the work and time I invest. I was so happy to discover Rapid Results Personal Training because I was unhappy with my body and wanted to finally reach my goals. I tried with another trainer but to no avail!
