After 4 attempts to serve, Titanium informed me he was avoiding service. I was told the process server left a card the first attempt and then went back 3 more times. Card reads: Sorry We missed you We have important legal documents for you which must be delivered in person. Please call 541-603-8465 Reference # (omitted) TITANIUM LEGAL Mind you, they sent the same process server 4 times and the defendant has cameras and ring doorbell. I will be requesting a refund from Titanium and hiring an attorney to get this person served PROFESSIONALLY. DO NOT WASTE your money with Titanium. They worked like amateurs.
