We ended up making spinach empanadas, shrimp ceviche, and lomo saltado. Everything we made was delicious. The staff took care of all of the cleanup and the chef walked around filling our cups with more wine or champagne if we so desired. All in all we had an amazing night and would definitely return. This is the first year my son goes to summer camp so naturally not knowing where to place him I put him in a number of camps. This by far was his favorite. Everyday he went back excited to be part of the camp. They had numerous sports and activities to keep them busy which included literally every sport you can imagine. They also had movie days, water days, time to reflect with a journal, and even board games. I was impressed with how great they were with the kids and how the my son truly enjoyed his time here.
