My daughter, granddaughter and I went here to today and found many cute items. We had at least 4…read moreitems in our hands when my granddaughter (who is 3 years old) picked up a squishy toy. With a toddler, shopping in downtown Gatlinburg, you can imagine that their ability to ride and be patient especially with a new toy in hand is pretty low. She was taking the wrapper off of her toy when the incredibly hateful, snooty sales clerk came around the corner and very rudely said "you haven't paid for that ". We put our other items back on the shelf, paid for the squishy and left. I understand they may experience some theft issues but there is a right way and a wrong way to handle things and I feel that was incredibly wrong. You can't automatically assume the worst in people and talk down to people when you are operating a business based on sales.

It's so well priced, skip all the other junk souvenir shops and come here. The meeting of the live bears for just a couple bucks was amazing. They look well taken care of, and the kids loved it. The bears loved the apples you can feed. The arcade was a hit! The staff was soo friendly. This is a must see. I'm serious. Next to it is the gem mining which was top tier and really well priced and good value. Then next to that is this cute photo op / selfie area. (Free) I think it was called Bigfoot's country barn. You can literally stay parked at the three bears and just walk a few steps to see both. Very very cool!!!

My oldest was on search of an airbrushed shirt to commemorate or trip to the city. She was unsuccessful here but we did end up grabbing a few pieces of jewelry for the older girls and some stuffed animals for the little ones. Overall pretty standard high and tourist shop. I was in here recently while visiting in Gatlinburg on a cold winter night. The place was very busy and I spent a few moments shopping here. The staff was helpful in answering my questions when I was checking out buying a few classic Pez postcards. After asking, I was informed by the staff that this shop does not carry Pez dispensers and no longer stocks the classic Pez signs, which my coworker back in NH collects as a hobby. Overall, this is a very cool place to shop, which is American owned and operated. NOTE: No photography allowed in the store.
