Waters were never brought to us and I had to ask for silverware and sauce. Theres no dressing on the salmon sandwich btw; even though the menu said otherwise. Then it was $2 more on the bill then it said on the website! The Parmesan cream and pasta wasn't fresh. You literally see the parm cream in the mini kitchen/grill area sitting out in a container. It had a after taste. I wouldn't try it again. Theres $8 surcharge for steak when it's very little in the dish. The bread was good though. They split the drinks and food bills to be separate. Then they say you must have a bill more than $25 or you'll have a fee. They automatically charge 20% gratuity. My food bill was $59 & drinks $20. I was told there's a rewards program/punch card but I was never given the card! We spoke to the manager about updates and upgrades & the error on our bill. The website is impeccable with amazing quality but it doesn't match the actual experience. They also have no drink menu... in time I guess

The drinks were, of course, just as strong as ever! The bar has plenty of seating with a cozy, dimly lit atmosphere. It got pretty busy while we were there, but our waitress stayed attentive and provided great service the entire time. The music was on point, and there's even a pool table if you're looking to hang out and have some fun. We grabbed seats at the bar and started to settle in--until I saw the sign saying they add a mandatory 20% gratuity to all tabs. That's a big issue for me. If tips are guaranteed, where's the motivation for good service? Unfortunately, that concern proved true. It took a while to get our drinks, and we had to flag the bartender down to order appetizers. I got the cheese sticks and my buddy got the catfish. Both were tasty--no complaints on the food. The biggest downside? It was insanely loud. So loud that my Apple Watch actually alerted me about excessive noise levels. It made it really tough to have a conversation, and we ended up leaving early. Even cashing out took longer than it should have. While it's conveniently close to my new office, I don't see myself coming back. The forced gratuity policy and overwhelming noise make it a one-and-done for me.

They also specialize in some great bar food too! I got a chicken and bacon quesadilla to go with my beverages. It's a smaller place but really packs a punch with a great experience. Kerry was very friendly and accommodated for my whole group very nicely. There's a lot of different alcohol combinations to try here as they have such a wide selection. Keep track of what you have when you come here so you can try something new next time!

When I came in I was literally the only person there and when I said I didn't have a reservation, the girl acted like I was a bother. She did seat me in likely the most awkward spot you could think of, but the entire time I was there exactly one additional table came in. At least an hour, maybe a little more. So why could I have not had a more reasonable location to sit? And for staff, other than one hostess one time I've been there, all staff have acted annoyed to be there. The food has been good each time I've been there, but no point in mentioning it since it changes all the time. I think there's a few things that stay menu to menu, but I didn't have any of those. At least not that I'm aware of. The names are all part of the theme as well so it could be hard to tell. Drinks here are tiny and expensive. Also on theme again with whatever the popup is. They go very light on the alcohol so I do not feel like I'm getting my value with the drinks. And another thing is they give you the tiniest glass of water. Three sips and you have to ask for more. I guess that's to get you to buy more drinks? Desserts have been exceptional. That's keeping it at 3 stars and not down to 2.
