Once I realized my mishaps and dealt with his truthful correction of my greeting to Robert Lee, then we proceeded with business talk. I wanted a large home but understood it will be in two pieces. I obtain a nice VERY VINTAGE doublewide which unfortunetly had numberous stains due to the previous owner passing away in this unit, plus they had cats everywhere. Due to the excessive stains by both bodily fluids and feline unine we came up with a great price that the both of could live with and I just focused on the outside until I make it the dreamhome I have always wanted. His wife did a great job with hiding all stains and smells. Thank you Robert Lee for your professional service and honestly with this swell doublewide.

However, that's where the service ended. The home has been sitting on our pad a month awaiting Timberline's contractors to finish set up while our family of six has their belongings in storage and is having to stay with relatives. Timberline is no help when calling the office to ask for assistance in getting the mobile home move-in ready. They blame everything on the contractors (their contractors).
