A few days later we had ANOTHER flood, the plumber came by, had me flush toilets, run water, ect. And told me we were good to go. The next day we had yes, ANOTHER flood. The plumber came by and said we had build up, why did he not catch that the day before? He told us he removed it and we were good to go. A few days later, you guessed it, ANOTHER flood. We called again and he said he had to barrow a tool. Here we are a week later they won't answer our calls, they won't return our calls. The worst part is we paid five grand for them to tear up the drive way and get the roots out, they already cashed their check and took the money out of our bank account. The companies slogan is "guaranteed 100% right or 100% free", they obviously weren't right the first time. The people in the community count on you to take care of our plumbing. We can't use any water, we can't flush, we can't shower, we can't do laundry, we can't do dishes. Your branch in Evanston has completely let me and my parents down. We are very frustrated with the service, and the fact that it wasn't fixed the first time. We've been very patient, but we need water! Paying five grand for this service? That's my wedding budget! Ridiculous.
