I waited 3 weeks and he never did anything. I called him 5 days in a row and he was never in and I left him a message to call me back. On the 4th called i left a message that if he didn't want the job just to let me know and I would find someone else. Of course he didn't called. On the fifth called I just left a message that i would find someone else and the co wanted to know why and I told them he never returns calls. Poor service. They didn't seem to care. When I asked about progress and changes to the existing structure (paint changes no longer carpet etc) the project manager or lead for Traverse City, MI, Sean SEabass said none of my business as I was just a renter, and he only talks to property owner, not the landlord on my lease Please note I rented from a property management company , Stay North, who what I later learned only deals with very low vacation rentals and does not even have the proper licensing to even be a property manager. Sean Seabass refused to share any information with myself or my unlicensed wrongfully practicing property manager. He told me none of my business when my insurance was covering the damage, and I was baffled by the extent of remodeling needed to be done over a burnt pot on the cheap crappy stove. In addition, to taking 3 months and over quoting and taking advantage of this minor accident, SErvice Masters , took all my belongings, insisting they be cleaned. They took over 2 months probrably 3 to return and when they did not damaged items such as all my electronics came back broken. My 2k television all of the sudden has a broken screen when I watched and hung out in this apprently toxic living room for over a month until they arrived. I later learned by the staff myself and family were exposed to botulism. Apparently, they only gave my insurance maybe 10% of the damaged items and just returned broken things that were not broken before, as well as forgot things such as my dining table, a large bench, an ipad. I have spent multiple months trying to get a resolution and was threatened and spoken so rude to by Sean Seabass and their team. In a nutshell this company took advantage, took their time, and stole and damaged my belongings and refuse to communicate with me. I have had a list of items missing or damaged and they won't respond. DO NOT LET YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! They are corrupt and will only try to steal or over quote your property to make a buck. Do not work with SEAN SEABASS as he is rude, makes threats and basically a corrupt thief working to make a buck and work his way up the company. A newcomer to the Traverse City area and maybe needs more accounts, etc to live with the cost of living here compared to Midland where he comes from but beware of this company and DO NOT LET THEM IN YOUR HOME AFTER ANY INCIDENT!
