Heather Talbot is the most effective counselor I've ever worked with. The results I experienced…read morewere immediate and have proven to be long-lasting. After decades of counseling, family therapy, energy work, etc., finding this amazing woman has been a godsend for both me and other family members looking for a solid breakthrough from old patterns and lingering issues. At first, Heather looked almost "too young" and "too pretty" to be effective ( as I am many decades older than she) but she is incredibly wise beyond her years, an amazing therapist with deep insight. She gets to the heart of the matter and has seen me through and beyond heartache and pain, into greater connection with myself and my family.' Heather has helped me craft letters and form conversations that help me communicate my truth to people I love and this has helped transform several of my family relationships in such positive ways. I especially love her use of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and find it to be a highly meaningful and effective modality. Heather has helped both me and my daughter heal ancient trauma, negative patterns and issues we'd not gotten past with previous therapists. I am happy to sing her praises and to highly recommend her services.

I first came to Judith in late 2018. I had an incredibly intense fear of dying and of the eternity…read morethat supposedly comes after death. My mind couldn't handle the idea of eternity and I would just panic when I thought about it. I thought Past Life Regression would help so I reached out to Judith for hypnosis. At the time, Judith did not do PLR, so instead we focused on my family issues (I had many) and my fear of dying and it all helped me so much. I was able to make some big decisions in my life, set some boundaries that needed to be set, and I was able to take on some responsibilities with a more open mind. Then in the spring of 2021 I got an email from Judith that she was now offering Past Life Regression and I was so excited. I made an appointment immediately and went through the PLR process for the first time last week. It was amazing! Judith was so compassionate and present for the entire thing. Even if I said something that sounded so odd to me, I could hear that she was smiling when she talked and she just accepted everything as it happened in my PLR session and that made me fully accept it all, too. And the crazy thing is that I saw this whole other life that my soul had and I felt SO connected to it. Even a week later, it still brings tears to my eyes. I smile when I think about her and her family and the love she felt and the souls she knew in that life. It brings such comfort to me now as I face hard things in this life. It was so beautiful and such a wonderful experience and Judith was the perfect person to help me with this. I cannot recommend Judith enough. She is an amazing human being and helped me so much.

I was not sure I even believed hypnosis would work, but I had nothing to lose. I found her to be open, kind, supportive, non-judgmental, caring and very knowledgeable. I am now a NON-SMOKER and I have no doubt I will be for life! I am also losing weight and feeling better about myself than I have in, well ever! Judith is a wonderful listener and teacher. I did 5 (hypnosis) sessions with her and I can honestly say it was money WELL spent! I was hesitant to spend money on myself (single mom guilt) but I am a better mother and person for having done it. It feels good knowing I invested in myself and my health! Thank you, Judith!!

It's taken me years to write this review because the amount that Krishna has helped me is quite…read moreinexpressible. I was referred to her when I had Complex Regional Pain Syndrome in my foot. A very rare, not well-understood chronic nerve pain issue that was threatening to keep me debilitated for the rest of my life. The MDs I had were at a loss for how to help. I am a dancer, and extremely active in my hobbies so to say the prospect of not being able to move freely or use my foot again was terrifying and traumatizing, is a gross understatement. In my first acupuncture session with her, I went from not being able to touch ANYTHING to my foot, to being able to place it on the floor of my car (which was previously unendurable due to the vibrations, pressure, and swelling from not being elevated) and drive myself over an hour to one of my favorite places. It was like a miracle. Every time I had a session with her, my baseline would improve immediately, and those changes would hold. When people ask me what treatments made the most difference, the two answers I give are acupuncture from "this truly extraordinary practitioner named Krishna", and an anti-inflammatory diet. I deeply believe I would not have recovered without her, and to be frank, that thought terrifies me on behalf of all the people who do not have the chance to receive help from her or someone like her. That was just the effect of the acupuncture. She also did several Psych-K sessions with me over the years. The Psych-K is one of the coolest treatments I have ever had (and I've had a lot). It is amazing, and so relieving to have an experience that cuts so deeply be transformed so that those emotions are processed. I would leave feeling like an elephantine weight was lifted from my shoulders. Around that time, I was having a lot of issues with my mom. Lots of love, but something in our relationship was off and causing some very big problems. We did the relationship balancing Psych-K together (although you don't need both parties for it to work), and it made a world of difference. Of course, our relationship work is still ongoing, but that session was a huge turning point. I live in a different state now, but every time I have an issue it is Krishna that I wish I could see. I am planning on doing some Psych-K sessions around recent issues over Zoom. All in all, I would recommend Krishna to anyone and everyone, she truly is an exceptional practitioner.
