I ordered a new keyboard, looked at a youtube repair video, and realized that I was completely out of my depth. I took it to Wolfie who deftly disassembled the entire machine, discovered that I had the wrong keyboard, then built up a replacement with pieces from the old and new keyboards. This involved careful work on plastic pieces. The result has worked great now for a couple of weeks. I give Wolfie my highest recommendation.

He got back to me right away and was very flexible, which I really appreciated. ****Christopher came out today to take care of our shredding job. He was by himself but extremely EFFICIENT. They could have sent 3 people to do this job and it wouldn't have gone faster, or ran more efficiently. He's beyond AMAZING and I hope, he's valued highly as an employee.**** From start to finish.... Every step was "perfection"! I have other shredding jobs coming up and no matter the size, I'll be calling this company. I'll also try to request Christopher, if allowed. Lastly, I was given a bid based on my own guessing of quantity. It turned out to be much less, so final bill was adjusted accordingly. Many companies will list the bid amount and state "This amount plus any additional fees will be added & due at time of service." I was genuinely and pleasantly surprised at both how prompt he was and how reasonable the cost of service was. He even stuck around for an extra 20 minutes to carefully examine the lock after he discovered a flaw with the locking mechanism (I had already purchased it on my own - no fault of his). He carefully took it apart, took a close look, and ended up fixing it up so everything worked flawlessly. This was also during peak COVID times, and he wore a mask throughout and was very cautious and polite. It's also always nice to work with a one-man-shop like Blaize. No coordinating with additional staff, no booking windows, no 'a representative will be back with you shortly'. Just a quick phone call, great service, and a reasonable pricetag. If you need a help, stop scrolling and just call him- you wont regret it.

He had his key machine in his van ready to go and I mentioned to him I had my own set of keys to duplicate since someone else I went to wasn't really responding and doubled price on me for an older car! You would think a car with a proximity key would cost more right? Someone quoted me $80 for that key and $150 per key for my 2007 civic. With the amount of work that goes in to proximity keys I was stunned by the $150 up charge for an older car. Originally I was going to get a spare key for my 2017 Acura but have decided that I wanted to get my civic keys done as a priority. Reuven was friendly and honest from the get go, gave me a flat rate and then offered to program for just a little bit more. He didn't mind at all and I really appreciated the generosity. Shortly after, the battery was already dying again. When I reached out, instead of any explanation or support, he sent only a YouTube video showing how to change the battery myself. No message, no follow up. Just a video. That response felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially after paying for the service. He does not appear to stand behind his work, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this service.
