In my book, Randy Nichols is a ROCK STAR. Randy cold-called me at the perfect moment. Our previous agents never found an offer on our house. Randy came out, did a walkthrough and asked a lot of questions. and potential buyers started showing up. One thing that Randy does which most agents don't, is to go the extra mile to make sure potential buyers are truly qualified to buy your property. This helped weed out several buyers who had prequalification letters but would not have actually qualified for a loan. I say Bravo! Randy also help us find our dream home. he worked hard to make sure we were 100% qualified and that negotiations went smoothly and successfully. Randy is fun, professional, aggressive and successful. Randy needs to be your agent. -Michael Schneiders read more

Be aware randy will not listen. My house has been listed with another agency yet Mr Nichols has relentlessly followed up with me despite being told multiple times to go through my current realtor. His actions have been very disruptive and he intentionally calls first thing in the morning or during typical dinner time hours. If you want someone to harass people on your behalf this is your guy! Edit: Randy claims to have never spoken with me yet clearly based on the screen shot I told him to reach out to my current realtor almost a month ago on 6/10. I have also filed a complaint with the california department of real estate for unethical sales practices and advise anyone reading this with a similar experience to do the same. read more

Randy Nichols - He won't stop calling. - Real Estate Agents Near Me

Randy reached out to my daughter after her father passed to help guide her through the process of selling his home. Given that she is in her early 20s, I've been involved every step of the way--as any protective mother would be. From the very beginning, Randy was a steady and reassuring presence. In a market like Rio Vista, where inventory moves slowly, he exceeded all expectations by bringing us two strong offers within just four days. During such a difficult and emotional time for our family, Randy brought not only expertise, but also compassion and even a bit of humor when we needed it most. What I initially thought would be our greatest hurdle turned into a smooth and seamless process thanks to him. We are beyond grateful to Randy and his incredible team. If you're looking for someone you can truly trust, I wholeheartedly recommend working with him--you won't be disappointed. read more

I recently had the pleasure of completing a real estate transaction with Randy in Cotati and can 100% recommend him. I was the buyer's agent he the seller's agent and it was hands down the most seemless sale I have ever completed in my 20yrs as a Realtor. Randy and his team were efficient, friendly and timely during the whole deal, working with his seller to both give him the best price and terms possible while also making sure my first time buyer had everything she needed to move into her new home with no worries at all. Thank you Randy! I would be happy to do another transaction with you in the future. -Amy Stuart, Realtor read more

Best in the Biz! I have recently worked with Randy again and must say, the experience was incredible. His attention to detail in communicating complicated real estate transactional matters was 2nd to none. He regularly sent me text messages offering updates and requesting them from me. Randy has my 100% recommendation to any Buyer or Seller that wants to work with the Best. read more

Randy has been wonderful in his knowledge and experience in helping me sell my home. Though no fault of his own I must put the sale on hold for a few months. I called up Randy because I was considering selling my home. He convinced me there was no benefit in me selling. Its refreshing to know there are Real Estate agents who are more interested and focused in what is best for the client, rather then make a commission. I would highly recommend Randy Nichols for anyone who is looking for a great realtor. thank you! read more

I was looking for a realtor after the untimely death of my aunt. My parents didn't want to keep her property. Randy was one of the first realtors to call me. After a few months, we finally closed escrow. Although my parents did not get the selling price that we had hoped for, we found a buyer. Randy is very aggressive, relentless, and persistent. He is very assertive, unyielding and determined to reach his goal. He got the job done. read more

I worked with Randy on a property that he had listed in Novato and I represented the Buyers. From the very start of our transaction I found him to be personable, friendly, and communicative. We worked together quite seamlessly and I appreciate his honesty and knowledge of the world of real estate. He is also very calm and thoughtful which are traits that are so important in any line of work, but especially in dealing with the public. I am happy to take this opportunity to recommend Randy as a real estate agent representing Buyers and/or Sellers. Thanks Randy! read more

Randy is a very nice gentleman! A kind person and a thoughtful person! He met my husband once, at our door. When my husband had a day off, which is rare. Randy was kind and dealt with my husband's grumpiness very well and got him to open up and they spoke for a while, Randy was able to speak with him and get enough information out of him to find out that we were interested in selling our home. Ideally, we would like to keep it, however, if we do sell as we have family, living and aging on the East Coast that we need to visit with. Life is too short! Anyway, Randy was nothing but pleasant and kind and he even bought brought me flowers, which was a very classy touch when we got together to meet to sign paperwork so that he has exclusive rights when we are ready for him to post our house for sale! He did not pressure us at all! I think that a lot of people do not understand how hard he works, and his work ethic is amazing! Can you imagine being creative enough and not much of a sales person that you are going door to door and brave enough to do so to speak to the owners as old school salesman would do like my grandfather and find out if people are interested in selling or not when we found out how much we could possibly make on the sale of our house our eyeballs bulged out! If you see Randy next time, in your neighborhood give him a chance he has a good heart and good intentions and yes, he would make a commission off the sale of your house. However, he is very educated on pricing and the housing market in your area before he even goes to speak with you, so if you do see Randy Nichols in your neighborhood, you should thank him for stopping by! You should also thank him for working so hard to give people the old-school sales treatment, thanks again for the flowers Randy they were beautiful! there is a great value to his extensive knowledge of the housing market & recent trends in home sales in your area and you are the lucky one to have him show up at your house! To those that posted negative reviews I don't understand why I don't see my mom why Randy would do some thing unethical he is very ethical he has told us he will not list our house until we're ready. He's going to get some buzz going on about it but no listing until we are ready! I'm glad my husband gave Randy a chance to talk to him! I said, he has an amazing work ethic, and you cannot hate him for that. I actually respect his work ethic and my husband and I are too savvy to let him pull The wool over our eyes, at the last minute not that Randy would even try! When you see him, tell him, "Lisa said you're "rockstar!" "like I said before! read more

Randy cold called me when I tried to FSBO my condo, along with many other agents. He told me he would have multiple offers for me within 10 days or I could fire him. I gave him the chance and he delivered exactly as he promised. Randy and his team made the whole (complicated) process a lot smoother than I hoped. From arranging showings to qualifying buyers, Randy showed me what a professional real estate agent is all about and provided savy advice while showing a lot of patience and explaining each and every part of the process. I had no idea how much work is entailed in juggling multiple showings and offers and making sure buyers are qualified and able to close escrow. I would recommend Randy without hesitation, Robert D. read more

Randy knocked on my door last night and I ignored him as I was relaxing after a long day of work. He then rang my doorbell and started knocking on the glass window in my front door. He was so aggressive I just wanted him to go away so I finally opened the door. He proceeded to introduce himself as a realtor. I quickly shut him down and told him my husband is in the industry and we would not need his services. He then proceeded to ask his name and made a very inappropriate comment about what I was wearing and asked I tell my husband he said that. Just totally aggressive and unprofessional. read more

I have to agree with another review here. Randy really was a rockstar! He also cold called me at the perfect moment. My condo had been on the market for months and months until I finally decided to drop my agent. Randy called me the next day and had my condo sold in a few short weeks! Made the process as smooth as he could which I appreciate very much. Thank you so much Randy for all your hard work and getting my condo sold so quickly! :) read more

I see a few of the reviews mention Randy's cold call. Well thats how I hired the best real estate agent in the world. Randy cold called me after removing my house from the MLS. My reason for removing my listing was that we had a terrible agent who failed in every way possible. Randy to the rescue!! He came to our home the same day he called. He had a ton of absolutely critical information for us. He asked us to make a few minor changes to the staging of our home. He took oral notes on his phone thru out the walk thru. I could go on and in about how he made selling our house quickly. So trust me this man knows the business. He got us as he said he would multiple offers, to be exact 4 offers in ten days. He worked so hard for us, even when he was very sick and should have been in bed. He has the most amazing team. They help him to make sure that every angle of the deal is meticulously taken care of. If you want to sell your house and feel like your agent is honest, highly experienced, meticulous, and most of all on your team hire Randy. read more

Randy is an amazing 5 star realtor. He was with us for every step of the process from getting our loan approved to finding the perfect house for us. Randy is very attentive. Phone calls started today. Randy has called my husband's phone asking questions about me and also called my 14 year olds phone asking questions about me. I asked him to stop he agreed. Then he called my 14 year olds phone again but he used a different number. I have never spoken to this man. Never had property to need a real estate person. This is harassment. I hope after this he gets the clue and quits calling. If not I will contact my attorney. Unfortunately they make you give a star rating. He doesn't deserve even a dot on 1 star. read more

If I could give less than one star I would. This guy is an embarrassment to the profession. My wife has cancer and we decided to downsize and put our house on the market through an agent. We then decided, within two weeks, we wanted to stay put rather than add more stress by moving and took the home off market. We then received an unsolicited call from Randy about why we took the property off market. We told him to call our real estate agent, but he said he knew there was a medical issue and kept questioning "when do you want to put the house back on the market". Out of frustration my wife said "when I die": UNBELIEVABLE, AND UNPROFESSIONALLY, HE CALLED A WEEK LATER AND ASKED THE SAME QUESTIONS. Again we told him our agent's name and asked him not to call us. I guess some people will do anything to get a listing, but preying on someone who decided not to sell a house because she has terminal cancer is beyond human decency. Comments from 2/8 and 5/25 of this year are spot on Please use another agent to pay a commission. read more

Pushy-won't back down. Asked overly personal questions when I finally answered his fourth phone call in 3 days, and hung up on me when I refused to answer. I wouldn't want him as a Realtor- I'd be worried he would scare off any potential customers with his attitude. read more
