It's strange to say that he made the process of buying a home easy and stress-free, something not most can say. I truly think that Paul's experience, patience and passion for what he does truly plays a big role. Since the first time we talked and then met in person we had a really good feeling about him. He was always very clear and honest about what he needed from us and what to expect. We didn't come across any surprises and he was always happy to answer ALL of our questions and explain things that we didn't understand (sometimes more than once); he never made us feel pressured. His prompt response to our requests were almost hard to believe. We would request a document and within minutes it would pop-up in my email! Even our real estate agent was in awe and couldn't believe the quality services he provided us. She asked that we pass along his information for her future clients. Given she has been doing this for 10+ years, I took it as a good sign that we had made the right choice by choosing him as our loan officer. My wife and I have nothing but good things to say about Paul and the rest of his team at Finance of America. If you are looking for the BEST LOAN OFFICER in the South Sound, look no further, Paul is the right choice! THANK YOU!!!

Saved the day!!!! I…read moream a Windermere real estate agent that was representing sellers in Tacoma. Our buyers loan failed with their original lender and we did not discover this until day 35 into contract on closing day. Sellers kindly agreed to keep the same buyers if they changed lenders and were able to close in less then 30 days (30 day close date extension). So Paul saved the deal. He came in on his white horse helped those buyers when another lender failed and today the buyers got keys and my sellers got paid. So impressed with the Skyline home team. Paul and his assistant Ruth keep you informed throughout the process. They take your calls even if they know it will be a tough conversation rather than dodging the phone. True professionalism. My first interaction with Vance, was, after all my research and deciding I liked his ethics and what I had read and heard, him telling me politely he couldn't help me the next three days because he promised his son a camping trip. As frustrating as that was because we were trying to get an approval letter by a certain time, the moment Vance had time he worked faster than anyone and with better quality. I worked or inquired with 5 or 6 other lenders or brokers and they all seemed like used car salesman trying to funnel me towards less than ideal deals or not disclose or explain everything. Vance was completely different, he answered every question honestly, and never tried to leave things out our leave me uninformed. Vance made it a point to share any and all information he could and go out of his way to find answers if they weren't readily available. The most important part about Vance and his wife Yvette is, they made us feel like family and got us such a great deal I'd never work with anyone else in this realm of things. From my experience Vance is someone who can solve any problem in the process, do so very promptly and thoroughly, answer the questions that make you informed and confident, and just outright smoke the competition. Thank you so much Vance and Yvette, me and my wife thank you dearly.
