The owner set an appointment, was punctual and courteous, and showed me samples. He quoted me a fair price, and I accepted. He started the work within the following 10 days, and he completed it to my satisfaction and in a timely manner, even during a rainy day. After attempting to implement on our own, we contacted Andrew and worked with him to narrow down a list of improvements that fit in our budget and left us with a manageable amount of work to do on our own. I liked how Andrew gave us estimates for everything we could implement for our plan and then we could pick through the items. Ultimately Banyan Tree dug and brought in irrigation lines, setup a 4 zone watering system with connection points, built gravel paths with steel edging, setup a microspray system for our garden boxes, and seeded a lawn. His crew was great and went the extra mile to improve our yard when an unexpected issue came up. At some point later, one of our sprinklers busted and Andrew came in and fixed it as part of his warranty.

I just wanted him out of my house as he was complaining obnoxiously about the work his job required. I should have called the CHP and reported his condition. When I called the owner, she was apologetic and promised to return my check. She acknowledged some issues with the employee and thanked me for not reporting him. The check and my calls were never returned. I called the other chimney service and got professional young men that fixed my wood stove.
