I would put more faith in a pharmacy in the Brazilian Favelas than I would this one. Let's get to the nonsense that occurred here today. Well, I rage quit this place long ago, only after the perpetual ineptitudes of the pharmacy staff. Unfortunately, my wife was not as fortunate as I in her ability to leave this place in the past. She had a prescription called in by her doctor a few days ago, called multiple times to verify that it was ready to pick up. She arrived this morning to find out that it was, in fact, not ready. False info from CVS? That's hard to believe. The very unpleasant individual she had the misfortune of encountering told her that there was a "pre-authorization" required for her pick up her medication. After calling her insurance it was discovered that this was not the case and it was just another lazy lie by these people. She called them back and suddenly they were able to fill it without issue. She called later in the afternoon to see if it was ready, which they said it was... (SPOILER ALERT: it wasn't) "We have nothing ready for you," the miserable man informed her. Ultimately, she convinced them to pretend to do their simple job and fill her medication. What should have been a 5 minute experience turned into a 3 hour torture session. Oh, we also received another pleasantry as a parting gift from these savants. My wife picked up a couple drinks from their coolers only to get home and see how impressively expired they were. It honestly isn't hard to check a date. I am pretty sure there is a company policy to do so. Interesting that a pharmacy doesn't care about the well-being of their victims...sorry, "customers." Great job being bad at literally EVERYTHING CVS. You are true masters at your craft (assuming your craft is being the worst you can be at anything and everything you do)!

Some of the items I can always find at great prices are; Herbal Essences shampoo & conditioner sets, Dove and Oil of Olay soap, toothpaste, vitamins, whitening strips, syrup & pancake mix, cereal, almond milk, Nutella, bread, fitness items like C4 preworkout (better price than GNC), Quest bars, Lenny & Larry protein cookies, Great Value Breakfast Blend K cups (better deal than Costco), snacks for school like Goldfish, cheese & peanut butter crackers, oatmeal cream pies, chips & pretzels, Capri Sun and a variety of individually wrapped snacks. I also am a fan of their unscented tea light candles and the "ScentSational" scented wax melts; they are just as good as Yankee but these last twice as long for the same price. The greeters in front are usually pretty friendly and so far, everyone at self check out has been very helpful. Clean bathrooms are a plus of course.
