There are not enough positive words in the English language to say about Bernard Faigenbaum…read more First of all, Every time I have had to deal with Bernie on a Home Transfer, Real Estate Advise or the never ending Home Buying process, Bernie is always caring and forthright. Bernie & staff, truly go above and beyond for their clients. Sincerely, Halima Ervin

I trusted the online reviews I'd read about Mr Faigenbaum and now deeply regret this…read more He took our case, took our $2,500 and after a great, stern letter to our miserable condo board president, Faigenbaum pretty much disappeared. We had to call and write repeatedly, but our sweet spot of opportunity evaporated. He continuously allowed tremendous swaths of time - first, a month: then, three weeks, then almost a month over the holiday season, and now it's too late. He apologized, saying he had been busy. How is that our problem??? If he was too busy to take our case he sure wasn't too busy to take our money. I recommended Faigenbaum to assist my boyfriend's elderly parents and feel unbelievably upset that I wasted their money. I would never recommend him to anyone - he may think he's a great attorney, to us he has been mainly useless.

Theresa Hartzell has been handling my daughter's divorce since June 2010. Her performance in all…read moreaspects of this process has been outstanding. She is a relentless advocate for my daughter and has achieved great outcomes in all aspects of this process. I was particularly impressed by the way she handled the equitable distribution part of the process. My daughter received substantially more than I had expected due to a brilliant strategy of which I was unaware. She bills at a reasonable rate and does not nickle and dime the client for postage and copies. The cost has been higher than expected but that is due entirely to my daughter's ex-husband who brings just about every issue to court and then loses most battles. Ms. Hartzell answers email and phone calls promptly and explains exactly what is happening in each phase of the process. If you are unfortunate enough to need a divorce lawyer, I would recommend Theresa Hartzell without reservation.

I required the expertise of an elder care attorney for Medicaid planning and Slutsky Elder Law was…read morerecommended to me. The first step was an introductory call with Rob where I explained my circumstances in detail and he outlined the steps involved in the process. From the outset, it was obvious he was an expert with an abundance of experience in this area, he was a straight shooter and a refreshingly genuine and empathetic person. He didn't sugar-coat the fact that the Medicaid application would be a lengthy process and somewhat arduous for me, but emphasized that he and his staff would be there every step of the way. The process took 6+ months and entailed a significant amount of communication and no shortage of questions on my part. Both Rob and his paralegal staff were extremely responsive, never hesitated to schedule a phone call for assistance and figuratively held my hand throughout. While the fee for these services is not insignificant, considering the number of hours his office invested on my behalf as well as the protection I'd have as a result, the cost was more than justified. Thanks Rob and Gina!
