It was a total disaster and waste of time, money, and energy. No progress was being made so i had to make a change. I first called Joe at 8 pm at night fully expecting to leave a vm asking him to call when available. I was shocked when he picked up the phone. My first lawyer could not be reached at all! Joe picked up the pieces, organized the mess, formed a plan of attack and started to get to work. Immediately divorce procedures that were missing or never started from my previous lawyer started to get accomplished. We were moving forward at last! It was a sense of relief knowing I was getting something now accomplished after nearly a year of being misled. Joe and Laura have the work ethic, experience, and persistence to get the job done. I wish i would of went to McIntosh from the beginning. I would highly recommend McIntosh Lawyers for your family practice needs. Dan H.

The presentation was designed for patients and caregivers who were being impacted by incurable neurodegenerative diseases. Rob offered his time and expertise to educate us about the need to deal with Power of Attorney, wills, and the protection of assets as we all maneuvered through the ups and downs of the diseases we were confronting. We contacted Rob and he spoke to us about the issues we needed to consider as we tackled the disease that had suddenly impacted our entire family. He was very patient, extremely thorough, and most compassionate about what we were about to face and our need to be able to deal with the pitfalls. He did not pressure us, in fact , he was most careful not to impose any strong suggestions about what we should do. We heard from the medical team at Penn Med that Rob was highly trustworthy and recommended. We asked him to represent us and have absolutely no regrets, in fact, we are grateful. Rob and his team have patiently guided us through the corridors of "legaleeze" that are essential to getting home health care, great medical coverage, protection of assets, establishing wills and Powers of Attorney, these are all vital for us as my wife struggles through an incurable disease that is robbing her of her ability to move, speak, and sometimes think unemotionally. Rob and his team provided the patience and understanding we needed as we were ignorant of the processes required to do all that we needed to undertake. He or a member of his team responded almost immediately when we posed a question, even on weekends or early evenings, the professionalism that the practice exhibited was remarkable and most welcome. My family and I have nothing but praise for Rob and his team who worked with us, Sheila Buek, and Heather Scurti, they are as compassionate and patient as Rob has been. Sheila provided constant support as she quelled my fears about the process and outcome. Heather has done a remarkable Job guiding us in obtaining home care. Rob knows his stuff and has the personal touch as he advises and helps clients through the most difficult times in their lives. Dr. Steve Wysowski caregiver for wife Anne

It took for me to tell them to just send my paperwork back before they decided to file it. I've told them numerous times that I was homeless. Instead of them explaining that something needed to be done differently they pushed my paperwork off to the side ignore all phone calls never called back never returned any emails and every time I did try to reach out to someone it was always a message that they were on vacation or out of the country or office. There was always something. I would email Cynthia but get a reply from Marie stating they weren't in the office. Or I'd call and get the voicemail and no one would return my call. They would copy and paste the same email rather than call and explain exactly what they wanted or needed. I would send something and no reply. Or a reply of it being something they already had. I just want the same service the WHITE PEOPLE get!!!! If I received the same service then why I never get a call back? Why did it take for me to tell you to send me my paperwork and I'll have someone else do it in order for you to get something done? And now you want me to pay? For what? What did you do? You didn't answer any of my questions you didnt work with me for me to better understand what you needed or what you were doing. So what am I paying for? For being mistreated? For not receiving the services that you told me I would receive? Make it make sense. I send a email on 09/29/25 and don't hear back from them until today. No phone call or anything. Just an email stating my return is done and I needed to pay. In the photo is my message to them two weeks ago. And then their reply to me today. And on top of it all it's a bunch of different emails from different people.

There were many different parties to the suit and therefore multiple attorneys, experts and insurance companies involved. My experience with Scott was that he was the only attorney involved with this that frankly did anything productive to move the case along. Without him, the case would have seemingly gone on forever. Not only that but he navigated nicely between the insurance companies and city officials. He was very comfortable and experienced at depositions - you could tell he had been there before. We received prompt phone and email updates, and were copied on all correspondence so we didn't have to wonder what the status was. I didn't get the feeling we were just being billed. Ultimately, Scott was able to settle the matter favorably and avoid litigation. I worked with a lot of different attorneys over the years and I did appreciate Scott's personal attention. Would work with him again.

Shortly after my accident, we met at Starbucks, and I honestly asked him if my case was even worth pursuing. He immediately put my mind at ease, explained the process clearly, and gave me the confidence to move forward. Throughout the entire litigation process, Tim was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly responsive. No matter how many questions I had, he always took the time to answer them and made sure I understood what to expect. He thoroughly prepared me for my deposition, which helped me feel confident and comfortable during what could have been a very stressful experience. His paralegal, Margaret, was equally wonderful. She was organized, professional, compassionate, and always helpful whenever I needed assistance. One of the things I appreciated most was that Tim truly treated my case as a team effort. I always felt heard, respected, and supported from beginning to end. His integrity, professionalism, and genuine care for his clients are evident in everything he does. Selecting Tim Daly and the entire Daly & Clemente team was one of the best decisions I made after my accident. If you're looking for an attorney you can trust--someone who is experienced, compassionate, and committed to achieving the best possible outcome--you can feel confident choosing Tim Daly. We've never sued anyone and didn't want to sue them, but we were also heading down an expensive medical path and didn't know where to turn. We called a big TV firm but didn't like the impersonal vibes they were giving off. A friend recommended we give Tim Daly a call and we did. Tim came to our house and we liked him immediately. From that day on our problems became his problems. We've learned that big corporations talk about community and they certainly want your business, but unfortunately, the moment something goes wrong, their first move will most likely be to accuse you (the injured party) of lying and exaggerating to extort money from them. We were insulted and more determined to hold them accountable for the pain, losses and medical bills they had caused. We hired the best Orthopedic doctors in the Philadelphia region to bolt and sew my wife back together. After several surgeries and hundreds of hours of physical therapy over many months, we were starting to see light at the end of the tunnel. Through all of this, Tim Daly kept a calm, logical approach, comforting and encouraging us to not take any of these litigation attacks personally. In the end, Tim was right about everything. We were able to have our day and Tim expertly convinced a team of corporate lawyers to do the right thing, even if they didn't want to. We are very happy with Tim and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of legal counsel and a strong defender.
