I used this service successfully and received a nice payback for overpaid Council Tax. However, in hindsight R & V did nothing that I could and perhaps done for myself leaving me with an additional £1,300.
Enclosed with their invoice was a voucher promising to pay me £50 if I settled the account within ten days. This is something that I would have done anyway. I posted my cheque and voucher on 9th February; so far I have received nothing from them. I wrote to remind them of their promise, but my letter has been ignored.
