Have not had a good experience with this company. They asked me to come see them for a meeting…read morewhich I agreed to, they stood me up twice - once with notice and one without. I was stood waiting for 20 minutes without any phone call. They apologised and offered to meet me again, this time they turned up. I had a chat with them and they said they would be in touch and never spoke to me again. Would definitely avoid.

However, in…read morehindsight R & V did nothing that I could and perhaps done for myself leaving me with an additional £1,300. Enclosed with their invoice was a voucher promising to pay me £50 if I settled the account within ten days. This is something that I would have done anyway. I posted my cheque and voucher on 9th February; so far I have received nothing from them. I wrote to remind them of their promise, but my letter has been ignored. My recommendation to everyone is DIY.
