I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness while living here by the entire staff. Each and every person I came in contact with at the leasing office throughout my stay was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make me and my family feel welcomed. I also made some great friends while living there and love all the activities they have for their residents such as Easter Egg Hunts, Movie Nights, Food Trucks, and more. The main pool has beautiful palms surrounding it that sway and sound beautifully in the wind and make for a true vacation feel. They have great seating around the pool as well, and best of all it is never crowded. The neighbors are all very respectful and it is an extremely peaceful community, with a very special vibe. I also always felt 100% safe there, and they have security on site in the evenings. The playground was favored by my 2 boys, and we loved the tennis court and gyms! Thank you The Villas and all of the staff there for the extended care you provide to your residents. It truly shows in how you treat those living there and the effort you make to go the extra mile. Thank you for creating a very special place to live and for keeping the grounds so beautiful and well kept. We especially loved all of the holiday decorations. Thank you again for everything. **I also want to add that I was not asked to leave a positive review. I did this on my own accord to give thanks to The Villas and the staff and to say thank you for making our experience here such a pleasant one. It truly meant so much to our family.

We had to have our fridge, washer and dryer replaced. They should have replaced our sliding glass door because that barely worked as well. I think due to the number of problems we had, maintenance became irritated shortly after. Well, I can't really do anything about our washer/dryer suddenly not working or the fridge freezing everything in there. Oh, and when our washer was replaced shortly after moving in, maintenance forgot to hook up the hose. So guess what beautiful surprise we got after running a load? A magical pond towards the back of our apartment. In addition, our AC went out over the summer once, and it took months to finally discover the problem. During that time, we received electricity bills upward of $475 per month due to the condenser fan running with no AC coming out. We had no idea. A very bizarre experience that ended up getting fixed after the umpteenth person came and looked at it. Kudos to management for bringing HVAC specialists out. It just took forever to get fixed, and we lost tons of money that summer due to the issue. We also had plumbing and other problems pop up, and it got to the point where maintenance was so impertinent I had anxiety about bringing them into the apartment, so I asked my husband to fix things instead. Thankfully he was able to. On a positive note, the grounds are lovely, and you can't get everything you get here at other apartments unless you're paying a ton more. The rent prices are great. The front desk staff were always friendly and pretty responsive.

We were originally looking to buy in central San Diego. But with many house showings with Nerey, we came to the conclusion that most of these houses (that are within our price range) are fixer uppers. And we wanted a home that was move in ready.
