Upon check-out, we found a used condom under the bed and a blue pill of some sort near the used condom. Traveling with a 2-year old that likes to pick up stuff off the ground and other kids ranging from 6-8 year olds is not what I would imagine we'd find in this hotel. Cleaning needs to be done thoroughly as this is just disgusting and gross, no better than the average dirty Motel 6. It's unfortunate that we'd found this upon check-out, or else I'd ask for a different room or deep cleaning service. If the floor is not clean, I don't want to know what else is not clean. I ran to go to there beach area across the street to fill up a water bottle so I can cool him down. When I was screamed and held at by the maintenance gentleman to not step foot on the beach and I was not to fill up my water bottle for my animal. I told the guy I just need to get my dog water.The guy told me he doesn't care and told me to go down the street.So I frantically Picked up my dog and ran back to our RV.It took me about 45 minutes to get my dog cooled down. Then I proceeded to call them and ask to speak to the manager.I had to ask twice because the lady never gave the phone to the manager. I then explained to her the situation of what had taken place this morning and she told me that it didn't matter that my dog almost died that it was policy that only people that were staying in the park could access their beach area then I asked her what if it was a child or an adult and she said it does not matter if you're not staying in the park you cannot access it and I said it was an emergency and she said she did not care and that it was rude for me to pick her park to try to fill up my water bottle in I would not recommend staying at this RV park at All if you have children or pets they do not show empathy they do not care if it's an emergency situation or not I am still trying to figure out who the owner of this park is because I will be calling that person as well to let them know what kind of coworkers they have working for them

Per authorized my card was all set got ride to hotel and I was turned away from the hotel...Told that due to the fact I am in a wheelchar that they really don't have accommodation for me. Funny thing is my booking agent made sure that this property was accessible while I heard her on the line booking said reservation. Discrimination against people who are disabled is wrong. If you didn't want my business then why would book the room and charge me for it. Waiting in the cold rain feeling less than welcome.
