I am a local business owner who also advertises in the paper. Joshua is always awesome and so thorough with his follow up. He has a desire to help us all successful with our businesses. I have also had a few stories written about our business from David Ross. David is very professional and knows how to put my words into something that is "a good read" in the weekly paper. Lisa, who handles the graphics side is always great to work with too. Justin who runs and owns the Roadrunner is very involved with the community and gives his heart and soul into the Roadrunner. 22 years ago to the month, I opened my Allstate Insurance agency in downtown Encinitas. Started…read moreout as a "scratch" agency which means I had not a single client when I opened. Thank goodness Chris Kydd walked in my door! The Coast News was the number 1 source of business for me for several years. It became number 2 only after referrals started coming in. Since then, I have been advertising with them continuously and still receive so much business and local recognition. Several times a week someone says to me, "I saw you in The Coast News!" So, let's just agree advertising with them works!!! Advertising is tricky. My occupation before insurance was as a sales, marketing and advertising manager. Here's the key: consistency. Don't expect 1 to 4 ads to receive huge results. The results build immediately but more so over time. Let your Coast News ad manager help you. They know their stuff! Answered my questions immediately and walked me through the legal notice process. Very reasonable priced. I even went to their new 1630 Pioneer Way address to pay and post and they are a great little family business. Go with them. You will be as happy as I am!!!!!
