We had to do it old school with a security 'stick' (piece of wood) to prevent the door from sliding. What a pain. We called the manufacturer (Milgard) and they referred us to Wilson Glass. THANK YOU WILSON GLASS. I reached out to them and got in contact with Shelby. What a gem. She had me send pictures of the my door and handle. Without even knowing the make or model of the door, she was able to do some research and quickly find out what part I needed. In addition, she worked with the team at Wilson Glass and actually was able to find the part at their store. We setup a time to pick it up and when I got there she told me it was free. Free??? Wow, I understand it may not have been an expensive part but this just shows you what type of company this it. I appreciate how professional, courteous, and helpful they were. They made my week and I will work with them on any of my sliding door or window related projects. What a positive impression Wilson Glass made on a new community member. I will always remember this. As a two time former customer, albeit years ago yesterday via Yelp I reached out to C&C and after timely and relevant dialogue was told to make a cardboard template and bring in the glass I wanted cut. The receptionist was friendly and thorough and said she have to have someone else verify if the glass I had could be cut. Moments later a tall, bald, most importantly rude gentleman asked what my cardboard cut out was. I replied that it was a template that I was told to bring in. As we were walking out of the lobby I said the measurements were also written down. He said the template edges weren't clean enough and he couldn't cut based on it. Both my wife and I sensed the A-hole on display. It was tone, body language and word choice. So I said never mind as I don't want to waste anyone's time. Mind you, he never saw the glass and all I wanted to know was whether it could be cut down. Bottom line, I didn't get any question answered. Me being in my late 50's means I refuse to give $ to any business that treats customers like crap. The only good to come of my time at C&C was a free notepad and pen.

I always put things off because I though a frameless shower door was crazy expensive. I contacted them thru the website and gave them the dimensions of my opening. They sent back list of multiple options, framed, frameless, top hung with rollers with prices of each. I was surprised that frameless was just a little more than with a frame! I mean who wouldn't do that. To my surprise the most expensive option was the top hung with rollers, it looked more high tech but also reminded me of a frame so I went with the frameless as I had planned. They came out to measure and within a few weeks installed it. It looks so much better! I wish I had done it years ago. They were quick efficient, friendly and affordable. If you're even thinking of replacing an old track, frame type shower door, I wouldn't hesitate to replace it, I absolutely love my frameless shower door. These guys were true professionals.
