The caused an excessive amount of damage to the house, over $5,000 and destroyed items they were hired to move at a cost of close to $10,000 in damages. In submitting a claim to them about the damages , the acknowledged the damage and remitted a refund of only $148. Oh let's not forget that they charged nearly double of the estimate and wanted double again to move the rest of the items they knew fully about but intentionally brought too small of a truck. Part of the scam to bilk people out of money. I'll never ever use them and I'll never ever recommend them to anyone! Worst moving company in the history of moving companies!

The morning of the delivery Christian and David arrived early (fine with that!) and introduced themselves and began laying down heavy duty rugs at the garage and front door entrance into the house. David was obviously the foreman and he and Christian worked well together. Very patient and kind with each other especially as they worked the larger items into the house and set them up. They asked for my input throughout the morning on where to place things. They provided an efficient unloading process. The only thing amiss was they couldn't locate my queen bed frame. That was no issue because Nacho delivered a replacement and set up the bed for me. Nacho has been in business for many, many years and I learned that he genuinely enjoys what he does. He is a positive and family oriented individual. I appreciate his and his team's professionalism, friendly nature, and that they bring truly a quality and affordable service to our community.

She was on time, very polite and very knowledgeable. After estimating about the same weight as the other Company, her quote came in at almost 1/2 of what they quoted. I had a complete move done, with their people doing the packing and loading. What a nice bunch of people! They went our of their way to make sure my move went off without a hitch and it did. After 3 "Corporate Moves", I can truly say this was the best move. If anyone in Sierra Vista or Huachuca City needs a mover, I would highly recommend Campstone Transfer.

Also there was a communication problem between me, the lead mover and his assistant as to what to take and what to leave. Other than that, the movers worked efficiently and protected the furniture from damage. At the destination they unloaded everything and placed items in the storage shed, the extra room or the main house as I indicated. I would use them again if I were to move again.
