Giovanni (John) was amazing. He was extremely thorough from start the finish. He made sure each of us in attendance understood the material and allowed us to practice compressions and bag/mask as many times as needed to feel comfortable. John gave real life scenarios to help us all better understand the importance of CPR and proper technique as well as knowing your role and limitations. The equipment was clean and easy to use. The building is located conveniently right off the highway and easy to locate. The room was easy to find and well marked. Inside the room was spacious and clean. What caught my eye was how they checked, re-checked, and then re-checked again everything they were doing. As a retired aircraft mechanic I certainly can appreciate that.
