She visited my home (on the same day) to walk the rooms and get a true understanding of the scope of work and my specific desires. The quote given was very reasonable and we chose to move forward with an initial deep clean. Our home was tidy, but our previous (nationally franchised) maid service seemed to be getting less thorough with each session so the deep clean gave us peace of mind and a great reset. Lucy was wonderful with scheduling us for a time that worked for my family, and we appreciated her flexibility! Yesterday was our deep clean and OH BOY did her team go above and beyond.
